If there is an issue that arises they promptly contact you to give you other options to choose from to personalize your merchandise. Very hard to get any response via… Very hard to get any response via emails even though they say they will respond within 48 hours. Took 3 emails and over 10 days before I received a response. Also they do not inform you that some products come from over sees and there is an additional international charge that will show up on your back account that is not included in the original price.

Lovely product with great customer service Shortly after placing my order, our dog’s previous owner was able to take her back. I emailed Pawzity and request that they remove the dog image leaving the 3 cat images. They did it right away! Also, the door mat serves a reminder not to let the indoor cats outdoors. This is helpful for guests who aren’t used to watching out for escaping felines. The mat is lovely with a fabric similar to what a computer mouse pad is like. It is more decorative than mud collecting. This would make a sweet gift.
