Helpful customer service I have 2 trackers after I lost one and battery died and found it they took payment by mistake and I had subscription refunded straight away and replied withing 2 hours. Top customer service. I have basic account as only need it to track my little adventurous guy who I now know travels 5 miles a day. I will be using my 2nd tracker in summer on my 4 year old son on days out who tends to run off so I know how to find him easily. These trackers are amazing for not only pets but kids too. So far this tracker has been the most… So far this tracker has been the most reliable at keeping my cat Charlie safe. Tractive have been very helpful when he has lost his tracker or when something has gone wrong.

Peace of Mind We purchased the Tractive a day after our young cat went awol for 9 hours. It arrived the next day and we’ve not looked back since. We now know that our cat is an explorer, but at least we know exactly where he is and have been able to pinpoint and retrieve him a few times. Peace of mind now he is wearing his Tractive. Would highly recommend.

Not only is it reassuring to quickly… Not only is it reassuring to quickly access the app and find out where my cat is but it's interesting to follow his movements and get to know his regular places he visits. And when the rubber mount casing developed a tear it was easy to email them and renewed free of charge swiftly.

A great device The device is great for both tracking my dogs daily walks, and helps with finding him when he occasionally smells something and runs away :)
