CYTractive Best Customer Service The sound on my tractive device stopped working. Amber and Claire quickly assisted me and after the instructions they suggested failed, they sent me a new device without any additional charge. Best customer service I've ever had.

GBLove using the Tractive app Love using the Tractive app. Was a little surprised that it was advertised as a monthly cost, but turned out to be a lump sum cost, but no major drama. The app is easy to use, and the coverage is great (Otago, NZ). Very accurate, and if you don’t use the ‘live’ setting too much, the battery life lasts a good few days. Would recommend.

GBIt’s a little on the heavy side It’s a little on the heavy side, but doesn’t seem to phase my large breed dog. It’s unique in the sense the monthly cost is lower than most and it does send me notifications on his sleeping and exercise habits. It’s like a Fitbit for a dog with a built in tracker in case he escapes!

NLCustomer service and Tracktive care Small brackets on the Tracktive tracker broke off. After communication via website, a replacement was sent at only shipping costs (tractive Care). Everything is easy to arrange via the website if only takes a few minutes.

GBNot only is it reassuring to quickly… Not only is it reassuring to quickly access the app and find out where my cat is but it's interesting to follow his movements and get to know his regular places he visits. And when the rubber mount casing developed a tear it was easy to email them and renewed free of charge swiftly.
