We have had our Tractive basic model… We have had our Tractive basic model for about a month and a half now and it has been a great tool for training our Great Pyrenes the boundaries of our property. When she leaves the fence, we go and get her. It's a great tool check to see where she is on the farm. However, I am rather disappointed in the battery life. Tractive states that the battery life will last 2-5 days and ours is only lasting 18-20 hours in the safe zone. I am hopeful they will reply to my email and help resolve this issue. Otherwise this tractive has been an excellent tool.

Love love love Love love love! I recently adopted a 9 month old kitten, took months for her to gain trust with us. I just know this poor girl has been through so much in her short amount of life. She clawed her way through a fly screen and got out one day and i was stressing like you wouldn’t believe. Once she was back inside she wouldn’t stop meowing to go back out. All day. Everyday. I knew she wanted to go out and explore but my anxiety wouldn’t allow it. I wanted to know where she was at all times so I could make sure she was safe. I did some research and found Tractive! Best purchase. She is the happiest little girl now and wakes me up in the morning to get her collar on and runs straight to the front door and spends all day outside. I love that I can check where she is when I am working or out of the house and have peace of mind knowing she always comes home. Also knowing if she were to wonder far and struggle to find her way back, i’ll be able to find her with ease! 100% recommend.

Customer service and Tracktive care Small brackets on the Tracktive tracker broke off. After communication via website, a replacement was sent at only shipping costs (tractive Care). Everything is easy to arrange via the website if only takes a few minutes.

Absolutely delighted with this company Absolutely delighted with this company, bought a tracker for our cat and after 6 days use, he wears it all the time, he came in yesterday morning with no collar/tracker on. It app showed us whereabouts it was on the lane outside, but after searching the hedges, fields and ditches had no luck in locating it. Got in touch with Tractive and they arranged for another one to be sent straight away, it's just arrived. Brilliant service, couldn't wish for better. Just hoping that Sooty keeps away from things he can get caught up on. It's really interesting to see where he goes at night, we always thought he headed to the dairy but in fact he roams the fields in the opposite direction.
