Helpful customer service I have 2 trackers after I lost one and battery died and found it they took payment by mistake and I had subscription refunded straight away and replied withing 2 hours. Top customer service. I have basic account as only need it to track my little adventurous guy who I now know travels 5 miles a day. I will be using my 2nd tracker in summer on my 4 year old son on days out who tends to run off so I know how to find him easily. These trackers are amazing for not only pets but kids too. Absolutely delighted with this company Absolutely delighted with this company, bought a tracker for our cat and after 6 days use, he wears it all the time, he came in yesterday morning with no collar/tracker on. It app showed us whereabouts it was on the lane outside, but after searching the hedges, fields and ditches had no luck in locating it. Got in touch with Tractive and they arranged for another one to be sent straight away, it's just arrived. Brilliant service, couldn't wish for better. Just hoping that Sooty keeps away from things he can get caught up on. It's really interesting to see where he goes at night, we always thought he headed to the dairy but in fact he roams the fields in the opposite direction.

We have two golden retrievers who like… We have two golden retrievers who like to take off whenever the chance arises. Just started using the tractive tracker and it has been fantastic. They broke out one evening and we just looked up the tractive app and located the dogs straight away and we had the dogs back in five mins. This would normally be 24, 36 or 48 hrs. A must buy for anybody with dogs that like to stray. The tracker gives you peace of mind when your not at home.Love it!!

Attachment to collar needs work No issues with the device functionality but the silicone attachment to the collar needs work. It is incredibly flimsy, especially if the dog is active or plays with other dog friends. After having one fall off, I now attach it with a zip tie to the collar. But that means I have to remove the entire collar to charge it. I'd love it if you all put some more work into the design of the attachment to the collar.

We've had our tractive tracker since… We've had our tractive tracker since May 2023 and it has been a god send with our puppy, she had no recall and as we live on a farm was always escaping would recommend this tracker 100%
