GBAttachment to collar needs work No issues with the device functionality but the silicone attachment to the collar needs work. It is incredibly flimsy, especially if the dog is active or plays with other dog friends. After having one fall off, I now attach it with a zip tie to the collar. But that means I have to remove the entire collar to charge it. I'd love it if you all put some more work into the design of the attachment to the collar.

GBLove using the Tractive app Love using the Tractive app. Was a little surprised that it was advertised as a monthly cost, but turned out to be a lump sum cost, but no major drama. The app is easy to use, and the coverage is great (Otago, NZ). Very accurate, and if you don’t use the ‘live’ setting too much, the battery life lasts a good few days. Would recommend.

GBWe have had our Tractive basic model… We have had our Tractive basic model for about a month and a half now and it has been a great tool for training our Great Pyrenes the boundaries of our property. When she leaves the fence, we go and get her. It's a great tool check to see where she is on the farm. However, I am rather disappointed in the battery life. Tractive states that the battery life will last 2-5 days and ours is only lasting 18-20 hours in the safe zone. I am hopeful they will reply to my email and help resolve this issue. Otherwise this tractive has been an excellent tool.

NLCustomer service and Tracktive care Small brackets on the Tracktive tracker broke off. After communication via website, a replacement was sent at only shipping costs (tractive Care). Everything is easy to arrange via the website if only takes a few minutes.
