I’m very satisfied with chair but… I’m very satisfied with chair but Customer support was very flustering to the point that I still have not been able to connect my ps 5 to the chair. I also bought the receiver and dac transmitter which are setting on a shelf now. Read all the support materials which didn’t work. Most the chairs were not even like mine where you hook things up. The lack of an option to speak to a real person was a rea issue for me. It’s sad I spent all this money and cannot fully enjoy what the chair is capable of. I hope someday I will. Slow and Uncaring I tried putting a gaming chair together for my son's birthday on March 21st. I realized that a piece was missing and contacted X Rocker immediately to get a replacement piece. Supposedly the system was being updated so it was taking several days between each response I got from them. It is now April 16th, almost a whole month later and I still do not have the part that I have paid for. It says that on April 10th there was a label created but it has not been received by UPS. The customer service has been absolutely less than acceptable and the lack of speed is infuriating, when most items can arrive in 2 or 3 days. Complete lack of care, especially for a child's birthday gift that still can't be put together.
