USWhere is my order ? Have I been scammed ? I can't review something I never received ! On 4/6/2024 I purchased an G Force XL Bluetooth Audio Floor Rocker for $169.99. My order number was 12721 and was CONFIRMED. Today is 4/23/2024 and I still haven't received my order. I've tried calling customer service through Ace Casual, and they don't answer. I've left a couple messages and emails and they don't respond. This was supposed to be a birthday present but that was ruined ! Now I'm starting to feel like I have been scammed ! If they can take my money and not send my order then how do I go about getting a refund ??? Especially when they don't answer you ??? If I don't receive my order I will be reporting to the better business bureau and using my platform to inform people about how unprofessional and untrusting this company is.

USBroke desk I got the bunk bed and put it together and the desk is broke …. And I have sent numerous emails and numerous pics letting them know about the damage they will not get back with me …. They are ignoring me ….. there is no phone number to call them …. Very shady company …. Be aware before buying from them

USSlow and Uncaring I tried putting a gaming chair together for my son's birthday on March 21st. I realized that a piece was missing and contacted X Rocker immediately to get a replacement piece. Supposedly the system was being updated so it was taking several days between each response I got from them. It is now April 16th, almost a whole month later and I still do not have the part that I have paid for. It says that on April 10th there was a label created but it has not been received by UPS. The customer service has been absolutely less than acceptable and the lack of speed is infuriating, when most items can arrive in 2 or 3 days. Complete lack of care, especially for a child's birthday gift that still can't be put together.
