Where is my order ? Have I been scammed ? I can't review something I never received ! On 4/6/2024 I purchased an G Force XL Bluetooth Audio Floor Rocker for $169.99. My order number was 12721 and was CONFIRMED. Today is 4/23/2024 and I still haven't received my order. I've tried calling customer service through Ace Casual, and they don't answer. I've left a couple messages and emails and they don't respond. This was supposed to be a birthday present but that was ruined ! Now I'm starting to feel like I have been scammed ! If they can take my money and not send my order then how do I go about getting a refund ??? Especially when they don't answer you ??? If I don't receive my order I will be reporting to the better business bureau and using my platform to inform people about how unprofessional and untrusting this company is.

I’m very satisfied with chair but… I’m very satisfied with chair but Customer support was very flustering to the point that I still have not been able to connect my ps 5 to the chair. I also bought the receiver and dac transmitter which are setting on a shelf now. Read all the support materials which didn’t work. Most the chairs were not even like mine where you hook things up. The lack of an option to speak to a real person was a rea issue for me. It’s sad I spent all this money and cannot fully enjoy what the chair is capable of. I hope someday I will. My product was flawed My product was flawed. I submitted a ticket online and, after and initial request for more information, heard nothing for a week. Then got a quick, two sentence note that a replacement part would be coming in 5 business days. Hopefully that part will come with instructions for installation.
