GBMy son loves his new Xrocker desk My son loves his new Xrocker gaming desk. Although the box was beat up, none of the parts were damaged. I was able to put together in 45 minutes by myself (42 year old woman). Thank goodness for pictures. I love this company!

GBPurchased a rocker for Christmas Purchased a rocker for Christmas, was very excited when we opened it up and put it together, only to find out it was defective. Reached out to the support team and they immediately responded even though it was Christmas Day. They were quick to address the issue and made the replacement process has hassle free as possible. Communication was great and it’s clear They standby their products and I will be definitely be ordering from them in the future.

GBGreat Product and Great Service! The person I talked to was extremely helpful in getting the parts I needed to make my chair last a while longer. I have tried many chairs but my X Rocker Venom Gaming Chair has easily been the most comfortable. I highly recommend X Rocker, as such, I will be getting another chair from them when mine finally gives out.

GBSlow and Uncaring I tried putting a gaming chair together for my son's birthday on March 21st. I realized that a piece was missing and contacted X Rocker immediately to get a replacement piece. Supposedly the system was being updated so it was taking several days between each response I got from them. It is now April 16th, almost a whole month later and I still do not have the part that I have paid for. It says that on April 10th there was a label created but it has not been received by UPS. The customer service has been absolutely less than acceptable and the lack of speed is infuriating, when most items can arrive in 2 or 3 days. Complete lack of care, especially for a child's birthday gift that still can't be put together.
