A+++ We purchased a bed through walmart and they never notified us it would be sent in two shipments which the first shipment was delivered to another address. X rocker saved us the time and hassle of going through walmart and filing a claim through FedEx. They did the research and completely helped us out. Where is my order ? Have I been scammed ? I can't review something I never received ! On 4/6/2024 I purchased an G Force XL Bluetooth Audio Floor Rocker for $169.99. My order number was 12721 and was CONFIRMED. Today is 4/23/2024 and I still haven't received my order. I've tried calling customer service through Ace Casual, and they don't answer. I've left a couple messages and emails and they don't respond. This was supposed to be a birthday present but that was ruined ! Now I'm starting to feel like I have been scammed ! If they can take my money and not send my order then how do I go about getting a refund ??? Especially when they don't answer you ??? If I don't receive my order I will be reporting to the better business bureau and using my platform to inform people about how unprofessional and untrusting this company is.

Purchased a rocker for Christmas Purchased a rocker for Christmas, was very excited when we opened it up and put it together, only to find out it was defective. Reached out to the support team and they immediately responded even though it was Christmas Day. They were quick to address the issue and made the replacement process has hassle free as possible. Communication was great and it’s clear They standby their products and I will be definitely be ordering from them in the future.
