Overall experience was good Overall experience was good. I received my chair in a few days as was stated. The chair was easy to assemble. The only issue I have is there is an extra added area of cushion on the seat that has a ridge of hard leather around the perimeter which ends up right at the upper portion of your rear and after sitting on that for a while it starts to hurt. Once again overall good experience, just would change the design a bit.

My product was flawed My product was flawed. I submitted a ticket online and, after and initial request for more information, heard nothing for a week. Then got a quick, two sentence note that a replacement part would be coming in 5 business days. Hopefully that part will come with instructions for installation.

Great Product and Great Service! The person I talked to was extremely helpful in getting the parts I needed to make my chair last a while longer. I have tried many chairs but my X Rocker Venom Gaming Chair has easily been the most comfortable. I highly recommend X Rocker, as such, I will be getting another chair from them when mine finally gives out.

Where is my order ? Have I been scammed ? I can't review something I never received ! On 4/6/2024 I purchased an G Force XL Bluetooth Audio Floor Rocker for $169.99. My order number was 12721 and was CONFIRMED. Today is 4/23/2024 and I still haven't received my order. I've tried calling customer service through Ace Casual, and they don't answer. I've left a couple messages and emails and they don't respond. This was supposed to be a birthday present but that was ruined ! Now I'm starting to feel like I have been scammed ! If they can take my money and not send my order then how do I go about getting a refund ??? Especially when they don't answer you ??? If I don't receive my order I will be reporting to the better business bureau and using my platform to inform people about how unprofessional and untrusting this company is.

Broke desk I got the bunk bed and put it together and the desk is broke …. And I have sent numerous emails and numerous pics letting them know about the damage they will not get back with me …. They are ignoring me ….. there is no phone number to call them …. Very shady company …. Be aware before buying from them
