GBI’m very satisfied with chair but… I’m very satisfied with chair but Customer support was very flustering to the point that I still have not been able to connect my ps 5 to the chair. I also bought the receiver and dac transmitter which are setting on a shelf now. Read all the support materials which didn’t work. Most the chairs were not even like mine where you hook things up. The lack of an option to speak to a real person was a rea issue for me. It’s sad I spent all this money and cannot fully enjoy what the chair is capable of. I hope someday I will. GBMy son loves his new Xrocker desk My son loves his new Xrocker gaming desk. Although the box was beat up, none of the parts were damaged. I was able to put together in 45 minutes by myself (42 year old woman). Thank goodness for pictures. I love this company!
