Overall experience was good Overall experience was good. I received my chair in a few days as was stated. The chair was easy to assemble. The only issue I have is there is an extra added area of cushion on the seat that has a ridge of hard leather around the perimeter which ends up right at the upper portion of your rear and after sitting on that for a while it starts to hurt. Once again overall good experience, just would change the design a bit.

I’m very satisfied with chair but… I’m very satisfied with chair but Customer support was very flustering to the point that I still have not been able to connect my ps 5 to the chair. I also bought the receiver and dac transmitter which are setting on a shelf now. Read all the support materials which didn’t work. Most the chairs were not even like mine where you hook things up. The lack of an option to speak to a real person was a rea issue for me. It’s sad I spent all this money and cannot fully enjoy what the chair is capable of. I hope someday I will.
