GBI’m very satisfied with chair but… I’m very satisfied with chair but Customer support was very flustering to the point that I still have not been able to connect my ps 5 to the chair. I also bought the receiver and dac transmitter which are setting on a shelf now. Read all the support materials which didn’t work. Most the chairs were not even like mine where you hook things up. The lack of an option to speak to a real person was a rea issue for me. It’s sad I spent all this money and cannot fully enjoy what the chair is capable of. I hope someday I will. GBBroke desk I got the bunk bed and put it together and the desk is broke …. And I have sent numerous emails and numerous pics letting them know about the damage they will not get back with me …. They are ignoring me ….. there is no phone number to call them …. Very shady company …. Be aware before buying from them

CABad service and warranty They didn't honor the garantee and it was like talking to a robot. I didn't felt listened.
