The order took two days longer than… The order took two days longer than originally stated but it showed up on Valentine's Day for my Grandson so it was okay. The chair is a lot lower than I envisioned, so my next purchase will have to be a pedestal seat. Also, I noticed the price went down by $20 right after I purchased it, so I will do better shopping and timing next time. Thank you.

My son loves his new Xrocker desk My son loves his new Xrocker gaming desk. Although the box was beat up, none of the parts were damaged. I was able to put together in 45 minutes by myself (42 year old woman). Thank goodness for pictures. I love this company!

My product was flawed My product was flawed. I submitted a ticket online and, after and initial request for more information, heard nothing for a week. Then got a quick, two sentence note that a replacement part would be coming in 5 business days. Hopefully that part will come with instructions for installation.

A+++ We purchased a bed through walmart and they never notified us it would be sent in two shipments which the first shipment was delivered to another address. X rocker saved us the time and hassle of going through walmart and filing a claim through FedEx. They did the research and completely helped us out.
