great customer service I pick a modpack to run it did not work on my system so I suggested a different modpack he told me it be even more ram heavy. so I told him what i was looking for and he found a mod pack that cover everything I was looking for that my system can handle and set up new modpack for me. excellent customer service every time their is a issues on the serves I am running

This is a great team! Especially Brandon Robinson The answered I received from your team member Brandon Robinson, hope I spelled it correctly, was amazing in all ways! For starters he answer my question exactly how I needed to be answered, he explained it in depth and very detailistic first of all, which I directly understood as I've been playing minecraft, running servers, coding the game and my own mods/plug-ins since the day each one was possible. BUT THEN, he went ahead spent the extra time to over simplify just in case I couldn't understand and even gave me a back up option in case the first choice answer didn't quite do it!!! So thank you and your team for being amazing and a huge shout out to my boy Brandon Robinson!!! That man deserves a raise!!!😁. I personally know from also being part of a support/maintenance team almost exactly the same as yall, that often times people asking questions and seeking help can be a pain in the A S S! And it's hard more often than not to maintain a calm, cool, and clear headed demeanor, so Brandon and the rest of yall are doing wonderful! Please keep up the good work! You have 2 life long server owners when it comes to me and my daughter, in 2 years time when she's 16 this server will be hers entirely and I will create a new one myself! Austin N. - you're the real MVP I was in the middle of a Minecraft class for 8-11 year olds when one of my students was having a connectivity issue. Austin N. worked with me for an hour troubleshooting things. He was able to work on things while I was still trying to facilitate the class. We finally figured out the issue, and he even helped me address another issue that came up quickly. Austin N. made me feel like my class was a priority to him and that we got it fixed. Incredible customer service!

Support Time A+, Server Speeds S Tier. I've had to pay for some bills and happened to forget about my recurring payment. The support time was amazing as a support rep named Austin N. quickly got my issue in order and helped me get a refund. I also had amazing time playing on the server previously. I'd 100% comeback to buying a server but at the moment I'm struggling on money and need to get some affairs in order so that'll have to wait but when the random Minecraft addiction kicks in once more along with my buddies I'll buy another server for sure. I felt the issue being solved almost instantly and amazing server speed even when 4 players were playing Better MC on 8GB. Ran beautifully. I fully recommend the Modpack to try out with friends.
