Not only did they help me get my server to work with mods as well as plugins, they helped me trouble shoot some mods and plugins as well. GBGreat support! The support operator acted incredibly fast and was really helpful. I put the ticket on high priority and was responded to in less than 30 minutes which I did not expect at all. The person seemed joyful in there reply and if I needed more assistance they seemed completely open in it. Overall great experience, especially because the original thing I put the ticket in for was rather stressful.
