I walked in to customer service honestly preparing to have to be THAT customer and was pleasantly surprised when the swiftly and easily refunded the charge. Despite the mixup, the corrected it in a professional manner, and that’s what really matter in my opinion. Their name was Roselynn D.

MCPros!! I'd just like to say that Garrett Burke, Joseph B., and Franco O. were some of the most helpful and friendly people in getting my modded server set up. Not only did they help me get my server to work with mods as well as plugins, they helped me trouble shoot some mods and plugins as well. Overall an amazing experience with the crew and the reason why I keep business with MCProHosting!

Great support! The support operator acted incredibly fast and was really helpful. I put the ticket on high priority and was responded to in less than 30 minutes which I did not expect at all. The person seemed joyful in there reply and if I needed more assistance they seemed completely open in it. Overall great experience, especially because the original thing I put the ticket in for was rather stressful.

Top class support I've dealt with this company for around 10 years and whatever issues i've ever had they have sorted it fast and always been professional. They have sorted everything from me deleting everything on my server by mistake, to billing issues. Are they the cheapest servers around? no, but you don't get this level of support anywhere else and their prices are still reasonable.

Excellent help with excellent care My issue was resolved. That is always the bare minimum. But on top of that the people at MCPH were kind, helpful, engaged, and willing to think with me about a solution. I have honestly not seen better customer service in a long time.
