Impeccable support! I was interested in playing a modpack with my friends, but I wanted to add other mods together, and I didn't know how to do it. On the first day, I asked the necessary requirements for Nahuel,Support Agent. He informed me everything that was necessary, step by step on how to configure the server, with the greatest patience in the world, and finally he even helped me to configure my minecraft. Great support! The support operator acted incredibly fast and was really helpful. I put the ticket on high priority and was responded to in less than 30 minutes which I did not expect at all. The person seemed joyful in there reply and if I needed more assistance they seemed completely open in it. Overall great experience, especially because the original thing I put the ticket in for was rather stressful.

I walked in to customer service honestly preparing to have to be THAT customer and was pleasantly surprised when the swiftly and easily refunded the charge.
