For starters he answer my question exactly how I needed to be answered, he explained it in depth and very detailistic first of all, which I directly understood as I've been playing minecraft, running servers, coding the game and my own mods/plug-ins since the day each one was possible. BUT THEN, he went ahead spent the extra time to over simplify just in case I couldn't understand and even gave me a back up option in case the first choice answer didn't quite do it!!! So thank you and your team for being amazing and a huge shout out to my boy Brandon Robinson!!! That man deserves a raise!!!😁. I personally know from also being part of a support/maintenance team almost exactly the same as yall, that often times people asking questions and seeking help can be a pain in the A S S! And it's hard more often than not to maintain a calm, cool, and clear headed demeanor, so Brandon and the rest of yall are doing wonderful! Please keep up the good work! Top class support I've dealt with this company for around 10 years and whatever issues i've ever had they have sorted it fast and always been professional. They have sorted everything from me deleting everything on my server by mistake, to billing issues. Are they the cheapest servers around? no, but you don't get this level of support anywhere else and their prices are still reasonable.
