Austin N. - you're the real MVP I was in the middle of a Minecraft class for 8-11 year olds when one of my students was having a connectivity issue. Austin N. worked with me for an hour troubleshooting things. He was able to work on things while I was still trying to facilitate the class. We finally figured out the issue, and he even helped me address another issue that came up quickly. Austin N. made me feel like my class was a priority to him and that we got it fixed. Impeccable support! I was interested in playing a modpack with my friends, but I wanted to add other mods together, and I didn't know how to do it. Great support! The support operator acted incredibly fast and was really helpful. I put the ticket on high priority and was responded to in less than 30 minutes which I did not expect at all. The person seemed joyful in there reply and if I needed more assistance they seemed completely open in it. Overall great experience, especially because the original thing I put the ticket in for was rather stressful.
