Impeccable support! I was interested in playing a modpack with my friends, but I wanted to add other mods together, and I didn't know how to do it. He informed me everything that was necessary, step by step on how to configure the server, with the greatest patience in the world, and finally he even helped me to configure my minecraft. Bad backups Everything’s great about the server, except making backups. For the cheapest server option, you cannot backup the entire world after a few days because it will be too large for the allowed backup size.

Great support! The support operator acted incredibly fast and was really helpful. I put the ticket on high priority and was responded to in less than 30 minutes which I did not expect at all. The person seemed joyful in there reply and if I needed more assistance they seemed completely open in it. Overall great experience, especially because the original thing I put the ticket in for was rather stressful.

Top class support I've dealt with this company for around 10 years and whatever issues i've ever had they have sorted it fast and always been professional. They have sorted everything from me deleting everything on my server by mistake, to billing issues. Are they the cheapest servers around? no, but you don't get this level of support anywhere else and their prices are still reasonable.

Superb assistance configuring Golem Plan! I was trying to understand how to best configure an Iron Golem plan to meet our needs for both server capability and budget. Austin N was super helpful in clarifying capabilities included in the pre-defined plans and how features in those plans mapped to settings for the Iron Golem plan. He even made a helpful recommendation that we consider increasing our planned RAM to allow for future growth. We were able to do this increase due to the savings found with some of the other options. Responses were always quick and clear. All around great experience!
