Austin N. - you're the real MVP I was in the middle of a Minecraft class for 8-11 year olds when one of my students was having a connectivity issue. Superb assistance configuring Golem Plan! I was trying to understand how to best configure an Iron Golem plan to meet our needs for both server capability and budget. Austin N was super helpful in clarifying capabilities included in the pre-defined plans and how features in those plans mapped to settings for the Iron Golem plan. He even made a helpful recommendation that we consider increasing our planned RAM to allow for future growth. We were able to do this increase due to the savings found with some of the other options. Responses were always quick and clear. All around great experience!

Great support! The support operator acted incredibly fast and was really helpful. I put the ticket on high priority and was responded to in less than 30 minutes which I did not expect at all. The person seemed joyful in there reply and if I needed more assistance they seemed completely open in it. Overall great experience, especially because the original thing I put the ticket in for was rather stressful.
