Superb assistance configuring Golem Plan! I was trying to understand how to best configure an Iron Golem plan to meet our needs for both server capability and budget. Austin N was super helpful in clarifying capabilities included in the pre-defined plans and how features in those plans mapped to settings for the Iron Golem plan. He even made a helpful recommendation that we consider increasing our planned RAM to allow for future growth. We were able to do this increase due to the savings found with some of the other options. Responses were always quick and clear. All around great experience!

Austin N. - you're the real MVP I was in the middle of a Minecraft class for 8-11 year olds when one of my students was having a connectivity issue. Austin N. worked with me for an hour troubleshooting things. He was able to work on things while I was still trying to facilitate the class.
