Superb assistance configuring Golem Plan! I was trying to understand how to best configure an Iron Golem plan to meet our needs for both server capability and budget. Austin N was super helpful in clarifying capabilities included in the pre-defined plans and how features in those plans mapped to settings for the Iron Golem plan. He even made a helpful recommendation that we consider increasing our planned RAM to allow for future growth. We were able to do this increase due to the savings found with some of the other options. Responses were always quick and clear. All around great experience!

Not only did they help me get my server to work with mods as well as plugins, they helped me trouble shoot some mods and plugins as well. great customer service I pick a modpack to run it did not work on my system so I suggested a different modpack he told me it be even more ram heavy. so I told him what i was looking for and he found a mod pack that cover everything I was looking for that my system can handle and set up new modpack for me. excellent customer service every time their is a issues on the serves I am running

This man Garret is an actual baller. This man Garret is an actual baller, send him on a full month paid vacation cause, he just solved a problem i have been having for months. He's literally the only one who hasn't said (I'm not quite familiar with these types of Mods) He is a life saver and deserves a raise!!

Austin N. - you're the real MVP I was in the middle of a Minecraft class for 8-11 year olds when one of my students was having a connectivity issue. Austin N. worked with me for an hour troubleshooting things. He was able to work on things while I was still trying to facilitate the class. We finally figured out the issue, and he even helped me address another issue that came up quickly. Austin N. made me feel like my class was a priority to him and that we got it fixed.
