This is a great team! Especially Brandon Robinson The answered I received from your team member Brandon Robinson, hope I spelled it correctly, was amazing in all ways! For starters he answer my question exactly how I needed to be answered, he explained it in depth and very detailistic first of all, which I directly understood as I've been playing minecraft, running servers, coding the game and my own mods/plug-ins since the day each one was possible. BUT THEN, he went ahead spent the extra time to over simplify just in case I couldn't understand and even gave me a back up option in case the first choice answer didn't quite do it!!! So thank you and your team for being amazing and a huge shout out to my boy Brandon Robinson!!! That man deserves a raise!!!😁. I personally know from also being part of a support/maintenance team almost exactly the same as yall, that often times people asking questions and seeking help can be a pain in the A S S! And it's hard more often than not to maintain a calm, cool, and clear headed demeanor, so Brandon and the rest of yall are doing wonderful! Please keep up the good work! Superb assistance configuring Golem Plan! I was trying to understand how to best configure an Iron Golem plan to meet our needs for both server capability and budget. Austin N was super helpful in clarifying capabilities included in the pre-defined plans and how features in those plans mapped to settings for the Iron Golem plan. He even made a helpful recommendation that we consider increasing our planned RAM to allow for future growth. We were able to do this increase due to the savings found with some of the other options. Responses were always quick and clear. All around great experience!
