CASupport Time A+, Server Speeds S Tier. I've had to pay for some bills and happened to forget about my recurring payment. The support time was amazing as a support rep named Austin N. quickly got my issue in order and helped me get a refund. I also had amazing time playing on the server previously. I'd 100% comeback to buying a server but at the moment I'm struggling on money and need to get some affairs in order so that'll have to wait but when the random Minecraft addiction kicks in once more along with my buddies I'll buy another server for sure. I felt the issue being solved almost instantly and amazing server speed even when 4 players were playing Better MC on 8GB. Ran beautifully. I fully recommend the Modpack to try out with friends.

GBWoke up to a $70 charge and found out… Woke up to a $70 charge and found out the server I had requested to be taken down months ago wasn’t. I walked in to customer service honestly preparing to have to be THAT customer and was pleasantly surprised when the swiftly and easily refunded the charge. Despite the mixup, the corrected it in a professional manner, and that’s what really matter in my opinion. Their name was Roselynn D.

CABad backups Everything’s great about the server, except making backups. For the cheapest server option, you cannot backup the entire world after a few days because it will be too large for the allowed backup size.

GBSuperb assistance configuring Golem Plan! I was trying to understand how to best configure an Iron Golem plan to meet our needs for both server capability and budget. Austin N was super helpful in clarifying capabilities included in the pre-defined plans and how features in those plans mapped to settings for the Iron Golem plan. He even made a helpful recommendation that we consider increasing our planned RAM to allow for future growth. We were able to do this increase due to the savings found with some of the other options. Responses were always quick and clear. All around great experience!

BEExcellent help with excellent care My issue was resolved. That is always the bare minimum. But on top of that the people at MCPH were kind, helpful, engaged, and willing to think with me about a solution. I have honestly not seen better customer service in a long time.
