Top class support I've dealt with this company for around 10 years and whatever issues i've ever had they have sorted it fast and always been professional. They have sorted everything from me deleting everything on my server by mistake, to billing issues. Are they the cheapest servers around? no, but you don't get this level of support anywhere else and their prices are still reasonable.

Easy cancellation The team member I talked to (Francie S.) was concise and polite. I didn't feel pressured to keep my subscription going and they provided helpful links on how to cancel through PayPal too. It was an overall easy experience

Bad backups Everything’s great about the server, except making backups. For the cheapest server option, you cannot backup the entire world after a few days because it will be too large for the allowed backup size.

This man Garret is an actual baller. This man Garret is an actual baller, send him on a full month paid vacation cause, he just solved a problem i have been having for months. He's literally the only one who hasn't said (I'm not quite familiar with these types of Mods) He is a life saver and deserves a raise!!
