Austin N. - you're the real MVP I was in the middle of a Minecraft class for 8-11 year olds when one of my students was having a connectivity issue. Austin N. worked with me for an hour troubleshooting things. He was able to work on things while I was still trying to facilitate the class. We finally figured out the issue, and he even helped me address another issue that came up quickly. Austin N. made me feel like my class was a priority to him and that we got it fixed. Support Time A+, Server Speeds S Tier. I've had to pay for some bills and happened to forget about my recurring payment. The support time was amazing as a support rep named Austin N. quickly got my issue in order and helped me get a refund. I also had amazing time playing on the server previously. I'd 100% comeback to buying a server but at the moment I'm struggling on money and need to get some affairs in order so that'll have to wait but when the random Minecraft addiction kicks in once more along with my buddies I'll buy another server for sure. I felt the issue being solved almost instantly and amazing server speed even when 4 players were playing Better MC on 8GB. Ran beautifully. I fully recommend the Modpack to try out with friends.

Top class support I've dealt with this company for around 10 years and whatever issues i've ever had they have sorted it fast and always been professional. They have sorted everything from me deleting everything on my server by mistake, to billing issues. Are they the cheapest servers around? no, but you don't get this level of support anywhere else and their prices are still reasonable.
