Austin N. - you're the real MVP I was in the middle of a Minecraft class for 8-11 year olds when one of my students was having a connectivity issue. Austin N. worked with me for an hour troubleshooting things. He was able to work on things while I was still trying to facilitate the class. We finally figured out the issue, and he even helped me address another issue that came up quickly. Austin N. made me feel like my class was a priority to him and that we got it fixed. Excellent help with excellent care My issue was resolved. That is always the bare minimum. But on top of that the people at MCPH were kind, helpful, engaged, and willing to think with me about a solution. I have honestly not seen better customer service in a long time.
