CABad backups Everything’s great about the server, except making backups. For the cheapest server option, you cannot backup the entire world after a few days because it will be too large for the allowed backup size.

CAEasy cancellation The team member I talked to (Francie S.) was concise and polite. I didn't feel pressured to keep my subscription going and they provided helpful links on how to cancel through PayPal too. It was an overall easy experience
