Bad backups Everything’s great about the server, except making backups. For the cheapest server option, you cannot backup the entire world after a few days because it will be too large for the allowed backup size.

Great support! The support operator acted incredibly fast and was really helpful. I put the ticket on high priority and was responded to in less than 30 minutes which I did not expect at all. The person seemed joyful in there reply and if I needed more assistance they seemed completely open in it. Overall great experience, especially because the original thing I put the ticket in for was rather stressful.

Support Time A+, Server Speeds S Tier. I've had to pay for some bills and happened to forget about my recurring payment. The support time was amazing as a support rep named Austin N. quickly got my issue in order and helped me get a refund. I also had amazing time playing on the server previously. I'd 100% comeback to buying a server but at the moment I'm struggling on money and need to get some affairs in order so that'll have to wait but when the random Minecraft addiction kicks in once more along with my buddies I'll buy another server for sure. I felt the issue being solved almost instantly and amazing server speed even when 4 players were playing Better MC on 8GB. Ran beautifully. I fully recommend the Modpack to try out with friends.

This is a great team! Especially Brandon Robinson The answered I received from your team member Brandon Robinson, hope I spelled it correctly, was amazing in all ways! For starters he answer my question exactly how I needed to be answered, he explained it in depth and very detailistic first of all, which I directly understood as I've been playing minecraft, running servers, coding the game and my own mods/plug-ins since the day each one was possible. BUT THEN, he went ahead spent the extra time to over simplify just in case I couldn't understand and even gave me a back up option in case the first choice answer didn't quite do it!!! So thank you and your team for being amazing and a huge shout out to my boy Brandon Robinson!!! That man deserves a raise!!!😁. I personally know from also being part of a support/maintenance team almost exactly the same as yall, that often times people asking questions and seeking help can be a pain in the A S S! And it's hard more often than not to maintain a calm, cool, and clear headed demeanor, so Brandon and the rest of yall are doing wonderful! Please keep up the good work!
