I walked in to customer service honestly preparing to have to be THAT customer and was pleasantly surprised when the swiftly and easily refunded the charge. great customer service I pick a modpack to run it did not work on my system so I suggested a different modpack he told me it be even more ram heavy. so I told him what i was looking for and he found a mod pack that cover everything I was looking for that my system can handle and set up new modpack for me. excellent customer service every time their is a issues on the serves I am running
