Impeccable support! I was interested in playing a modpack with my friends, but I wanted to add other mods together, and I didn't know how to do it. On the first day, I asked the necessary requirements for Nahuel,Support Agent. He informed me everything that was necessary, step by step on how to configure the server, with the greatest patience in the world, and finally he even helped me to configure my minecraft. Solving the crashes that happened. And finally we managed to make the modpack ALL THE MODS 8 work, with the specific mod I wanted, Cobblemon. Thanks a lot for the service! Bad backups Everything’s great about the server, except making backups. For the cheapest server option, you cannot backup the entire world after a few days because it will be too large for the allowed backup size.

Great support! The support operator acted incredibly fast and was really helpful. I put the ticket on high priority and was responded to in less than 30 minutes which I did not expect at all. The person seemed joyful in there reply and if I needed more assistance they seemed completely open in it. Overall great experience, especially because the original thing I put the ticket in for was rather stressful.

Excellent help with excellent care My issue was resolved. That is always the bare minimum. But on top of that the people at MCPH were kind, helpful, engaged, and willing to think with me about a solution. I have honestly not seen better customer service in a long time.
