great customer service I pick a modpack to run it did not work on my system so I suggested a different modpack he told me it be even more ram heavy. so I told him what i was looking for and he found a mod pack that cover everything I was looking for that my system can handle and set up new modpack for me. excellent customer service every time their is a issues on the serves I am running

Impeccable support! I was interested in playing a modpack with my friends, but I wanted to add other mods together, and I didn't know how to do it. Excellent help with excellent care My issue was resolved. That is always the bare minimum. But on top of that the people at MCPH were kind, helpful, engaged, and willing to think with me about a solution. I have honestly not seen better customer service in a long time.
