Top notch customer service We bought a pinball machine for our house. This is the first and probably only pinball machine we will buy. The Pinball Company gave great advice about which machine would be most enjoyable over the years, and had candid observations about reliability. The machine arrived on time and the Pinball Company answered some basic set up questions. It was great to be able to call and quickly get a human during business hours. This was old-fashioned top notch customer service.

Great to recapture my college youth. My spouse in secret purchased a pinball machine as a Christmas present for me. The experience could not have gone better. Their assistance in providing information and then the fine product is amazing. The condition of the 23 year old equipment is way above our expectations. Having attended college in the middle of the 1970s, my spare time between classes was filled with studies of pinball machines for recreation. Now to have my own is a dream come true. Thank you for helping me accomplish another check mark on my life bucket list. My family, including myself, my children and grandchildren play it everyday.

Excellent customer service will make us return! We first bought a used Pirates of the Caribbean from the Pinball Company. The poor game had several issues (not the Pinball Co. fault). The Pinball Company promptly sent out a tech and when components were going to take a long time to fix, they immediately offered us another unit if we did not want to wait...Avatar...new and out of the box. The owner told us it was a challenging game and we still love it even a few years later!! I thought we would have changed it out by now, but everyone still enjoys it! I doubt another company would have done as much to make our experience turn out as well as it did! Excellent customer service.

Pinball machine purchase I cant say enough positive things about The Pinball Company. Very professional, delivered what they promised, even took extra care in wrapping my refurbed pin in plenty of bubble wrap for the long trek home. I cant wait to purchase another pin and even a multicade for my home rec room, and they will be the ONLY company I call!

The Arcade Classic stand-alone box was delivered on-time and in great condition! I would recommend this company to anyone looking for "classic" arcade or pinball machines. Price was very fair considering the amount of games (over 50!) that are pre-loaded onto the machine. Brings back my teenage-years...
