Top notch customer service We bought a pinball machine for our house. This is the first and probably only pinball machine we will buy. The Pinball Company gave great advice about which machine would be most enjoyable over the years, and had candid observations about reliability. The machine arrived on time and the Pinball Company answered some basic set up questions. It was great to be able to call and quickly get a human during business hours. This was old-fashioned top notch customer service.

Everybody including myself loves playing the Wizard of Oz it is such an exhilarating game with all kinds of new features that we haven't seen in past pinballs.
