Excellent company to deal with. As a government agency, we have many guidelines and stipulations to follow. The sales department at The Pinball Company was very accommodating assisting us through the process of procuring the machines. Once all the hoops were jumped through, i's dotted and t's crossed, the machines arrived very quickly.

Visit the next-generation pinball. I have purchased both the original Wizard of Oz and the 75th anniversary Wizard of Oz and now have an order the hobbit. Everybody including myself loves playing the Wizard of Oz it is such an exhilarating game with all kinds of new features that we haven't seen in past pinballs. If you're looking for the ultimate in pinball fun look no further.

Excellent customer service will make us return! We first bought a used Pirates of the Caribbean from the Pinball Company. The poor game had several issues (not the Pinball Co. fault). The Pinball Company promptly sent out a tech and when components were going to take a long time to fix, they immediately offered us another unit if we did not want to wait...Avatar...new and out of the box. The owner told us it was a challenging game and we still love it even a few years later!! I thought we would have changed it out by now, but everyone still enjoys it! I doubt another company would have done as much to make our experience turn out as well as it did! Excellent customer service.
