Excellent Customer Service! I recently bought 2 Pinball machines from The Pinball Company. The experience went well above and beyond my expectations. Brooke was very pleasant to work with over the phone when I needed a replacement part sent. I would highly recommend buying pinball from this company. Excellent customer service will make us return! We first bought a used Pirates of the Caribbean from the Pinball Company. The poor game had several issues (not the Pinball Co. fault). The Pinball Company promptly sent out a tech and when components were going to take a long time to fix, they immediately offered us another unit if we did not want to wait...Avatar...new and out of the box. The owner told us it was a challenging game and we still love it even a few years later!! I thought we would have changed it out by now, but everyone still enjoys it! I doubt another company would have done as much to make our experience turn out as well as it did! Excellent customer service.
