Rude and poor customer service Rude and poor customer service. I don't know what is it with the Pinball scene and bad customer service but honestly finding companies that don't come back sarcastic or rude is VERY hard to find. I imagine its ran by old people who think its OK to be poor in customer services.

Excellent company to deal with. As a government agency, we have many guidelines and stipulations to follow. The sales department at The Pinball Company was very accommodating assisting us through the process of procuring the machines.
