The sales department at The Pinball Company was very accommodating assisting us through the process of procuring the machines. Once all the hoops were jumped through, i's dotted and t's crossed, the machines arrived very quickly.

I don't know what is it with the Pinball scene and bad customer service but honestly finding companies that don't come back sarcastic or rude is VERY hard to find. I imagine its ran by old people who think its OK to be poor in customer services.

Great to recapture my college youth. My spouse in secret purchased a pinball machine as a Christmas present for me. The experience could not have gone better. Having attended college in the middle of the 1970s, my spare time between classes was filled with studies of pinball machines for recreation. Now to have my own is a dream come true.
