Very professional, delivered what they promised, even took extra care in wrapping my refurbed pin in plenty of bubble wrap for the long trek home. Excellent customer service will make us return! We first bought a used Pirates of the Caribbean from the Pinball Company. The poor game had several issues (not the Pinball Co. fault). The Pinball Company promptly sent out a tech and when components were going to take a long time to fix, they immediately offered us another unit if we did not want to wait...Avatar...new and out of the box. The owner told us it was a challenging game and we still love it even a few years later!! I thought we would have changed it out by now, but everyone still enjoys it! I doubt another company would have done as much to make our experience turn out as well as it did! Excellent customer service.
