Excellent Customer Service! I recently bought 2 Pinball machines from The Pinball Company. The experience went well above and beyond my expectations. Brooke was very pleasant to work with over the phone when I needed a replacement part sent. I would highly recommend buying pinball from this company. Rude and poor customer service Rude and poor customer service. I don't know what is it with the Pinball scene and bad customer service but honestly finding companies that don't come back sarcastic or rude is VERY hard to find. I imagine its ran by old people who think its OK to be poor in customer services.
