GBI'm only on day 2 of using the service⦠I'm only on day 2 of using the service and will update if my experience changes. Customers support is 10/10 they have been super helpful. We are running a 7 Days to Die Modded server (Supported by Blue Fang) and the mod that they installed didn't work the first 2 times but they did finally get it working for us. I'd say 10/10 customer service 4/5 due to the fact that a "Supported mod" didn't install correctly twice.

GBTracy and Craig, AWESOME Tracy and Craig, Both are wonderful and the most helpful techs when it comes to server configs, both show extreme patience and are willing to explain and even go the distance to double check the work that you think you did right. For instance, we recently removed our join password from our servers and lost all the clusters to the main server. After 3 days of figuring things out ourselves, we decided to contact tech support, and Tracy, came on and instantly helped us get our server back up and running. It was a check mark we forgot to unselect on our server search. It took only 3 mins. Such wonderful staff!! Keep up the great work you guys!

GBi got frustrated over another⦠i got frustrated over another serverhost place ignoring me for two days with the server down and moved to blue fang and oh my god the difference in customer service is VAST !!!!!!! I cant keep up with how fast they responded and were answering questions. Amazing change and very happy with everything so far. Tooooo include the control panel options and edit abilities. Tooooo include them fixing stuff I messed up cause im a newb. Great exp so far. HIGHLY recommend and Josh is my hero heh he helped me for hours answering questions

CASolid experiences over the years I've been using BlueFang for a couple years now on and off. Usually just get a server for a month or two when playing a game. Very fast server setup, good interface (including FTP), never a problem with lag, no downtime, and reasonable prices. The few times I reached out to support with questions I had human responses within the hour. You can't go wrong with these guys.
