These guys really are a cut above the rest… These guys really are a cut above the other server services I have used in the past. Excellent service, excellent systems, integrated FTP, the whole nine yards. The new standard by which all others will be judged in the future! Side note: Brad was the technician assisting me and was excellent in every regard. Really knows his stuff with servers, and the modding community as a whole. i got frustrated over another… i got frustrated over another serverhost place ignoring me for two days with the server down and moved to blue fang and oh my god the difference in customer service is VAST !!!!!!! I cant keep up with how fast they responded and were answering questions. Amazing change and very happy with everything so far. Tooooo include the control panel options and edit abilities. Tooooo include them fixing stuff I messed up cause im a newb. Great exp so far. HIGHLY recommend and Josh is my hero heh he helped me for hours answering questions

danga0420 Seriously, within a few seconds my questions are answered, things fixed when I make mistakes. I love this level of service. I have a few hosted servers form them and I have not a single negative comment about BlueFang, I will use them and recommend them to anyone who needs a game server. It is not only more efficient thean doing it yourself, but safer.

Fantastic Stable, great ping, great people in the chat available for questions. I have never had such good ping on a dedicated server I have rented. Easy to manage console for stopping/starting. FTP access to backup files I need. I was comfortable editing some files in command line and the text editors. They even offer to install mods for you when you purchase the server. Price is reasonable. Very satisfied and very happy I went with Blue Fang.

Great Customer Service Very helpful and patient to customers who have no idea what to do or new to setting up a server... tracy and brad help me get started thank you guys so much. You cannot find a better quality customer service or a faster response time than BFS. I highly recommend this company.
