GBThe Blue Fang technicians are some of the best around! Tracy set up a Life is Feudal server for me yesterday. I have dealt with Blue Fang many different times in recent years, and I have never seen a better staffed team of technicians! Tracy and her co-workers ( I have worked with Craig and Jeff) have never failed to answer my questions promptly, and the Blue Fang servers in Chicago are the best I have ever used, when it comes to server stability. I wouldn't hesitate to reccommend the Blue Fang team to anyone, novice and experienced alike, who wishes to have a gameserver. Keep up the good work, guys!

GBBFS is the BEST I have been using BFS for 2 years with multiple game servers. BFS have been the BEST provider our community has ever dealt with. The servers are powerful with the latest technology and have great mitigation protection. Their support is top notch. I can't imagine running servers with any other provider.

GBTracy and Craig, AWESOME Tracy and Craig, Both are wonderful and the most helpful techs when it comes to server configs, both show extreme patience and are willing to explain and even go the distance to double check the work that you think you did right. For instance, we recently removed our join password from our servers and lost all the clusters to the main server. After 3 days of figuring things out ourselves, we decided to contact tech support, and Tracy, came on and instantly helped us get our server back up and running. It was a check mark we forgot to unselect on our server search. It took only 3 mins. Such wonderful staff!! Keep up the great work you guys!

GBSeveral Servers over the last 2 years We have had several servers with BlueFang including Minecraft, ARK, Life is Feudal, and 7 Days to Die. Tech support has been great with Live Help and Support tickets, they are fast to respond and are good about giving detailed directions on tweaking your server selections. Very happy!

GBBlatant bait and switch tactics Blatant bait and switch tactics. They sold a server that they didn't have the appropriate hardware for. They admitted this in the service tickets and they suggested I lower the playercount for the server or pay 3x more for a dedicated box. I said I wanted a refund, they declined. Hoping a charge back will go through as they are operating very unethically. EDIT: Upon seeing that I filed a dispute with paypal and gave them poor reviews, they cancelled my account and took all the funds associated with my purchase. I have filed a complaint to the FTC as well as the BBB. EDIT 2: To their response: Their representative acknowledged that the hardware they were hosting on was insufficient to host an 80 player server. They are the ones responsible for delivering the service, not the game developers.
