Without naming the other host provider, Craig helped me through all the steps and solved all my doubts, even correcting some of my mistakes according to the server set-up. I can't speak for the rest of the support team, but he has definitely made us feel the price is worth it.

The Blue Fang technicians are some of the best around! Tracy set up a Life is Feudal server for me yesterday. I have dealt with Blue Fang many different times in recent years, and I have never seen a better staffed team of technicians! Tracy and her co-workers ( I have worked with Craig and Jeff) have never failed to answer my questions promptly, and the Blue Fang servers in Chicago are the best I have ever used, when it comes to server stability. I wouldn't hesitate to reccommend the Blue Fang team to anyone, novice and experienced alike, who wishes to have a gameserver. Keep up the good work, guys!

Solid experiences over the years I've been using BlueFang for a couple years now on and off. Usually just get a server for a month or two when playing a game. Very fast server setup, good interface (including FTP), never a problem with lag, no downtime, and reasonable prices. The few times I reached out to support with questions I had human responses within the hour. You can't go wrong with these guys.

i got frustrated over another… i got frustrated over another serverhost place ignoring me for two days with the server down and moved to blue fang and oh my god the difference in customer service is VAST !!!!!!! I cant keep up with how fast they responded and were answering questions. Amazing change and very happy with everything so far. Tooooo include the control panel options and edit abilities. Tooooo include them fixing stuff I messed up cause im a newb. Great exp so far. HIGHLY recommend and Josh is my hero heh he helped me for hours answering questions
