Slowing Fulfillment - Rising Prices Lately I have been finding better prices and quicker fulfillments elsewhere for n and ho scale train stuff. Getting product ordered out their door has always been like molasses however. Their response has always been something like "do you know how many shipments we do each day"? My reply is no, but if you know that perhaps you should gear up to ship more quickly. I have started looking elsewhere for much of my needs as a result.

I’ve always found Hobbylink a good… I’ve always found Hobbylink a good sourc for my model railroad needs. They have a good selection, fair prices and their shipping is prompt and reasonable. My older style crossbucks from Banta Models were just what I was looking for and they had them.

Great Experiences - 5 Orders over 2 Years My primary hobby is 1/48 WWII aircraft. I've made occasional purchases over the last few years from hobbylinc. The items they have on hand are shipped wicked fast. Any items they have to pull from the warehouse or get from their supplier takes a little longer. My orders that took the longest were the AK Interactive Real Color series... but I had a difficult time even finding certain colors in stock at other shops so I'm thankful hobbylinc was at least able to ship some, and typically at better pricing than other shops! I had to contact their support once because the shipping for some photo etch sets were estimated higher than I expected. The rep found the issue. The weight auto-filled as exceeding 1 pound for one of the items so he corrected it. That brought the shipping cost down to what I expected. The majority of my orders have arrived within 2-3 business days.

Very happy customer! TLDR: Stellar service!! Will now be my first stop for all my modeling needs! I recently placed my first order with Hobbylinc because I liked their easy-to-use website, awesome selection of hard-to-find and common products, and great prices. I was subsequently very impressed with their outstanding service and communications, robust packaging, and quick delivery. That checks all my boxes, so Hobbylinc now has a new regular customer!

New quality vendor found After Amazon misadvertised K&S .087 36" piano wire: alluding to 15 pcs but delivering 3 pieces @ >$15. !??! I looked around, and found Hobbylinc. No equivocation, simply stated 5 pkgs of 3 pcs for ~$10. A new vendor to me, but worth a shot. Now an A list vendor, delivered as advertised - Extremely pleased.
