Early birthday gift I ordered a Trumpeter 1/700 Tirpitz last Christmas Eve on December 24. Shipper is USPS and estimated arrival is at January 6 Thursday 1 day before my birthday but much to my shock, it arrived earlier than i expected at morning on January 4 Tuesday. I checked out the kit after opening the package and i saw that everything is complete. No missing parts. Good job guys. Will definitely order from you again.

I ordered a lot of ho scale parts &… I ordered a lot of ho scale parts & track upon arrival box was open on end and some items missing. I emailed hobbylinc customer service they promptly filled the order of missing shipment, this day and age you don’t see customer satisfaction great company will continue with using them for my modeling needs. Slowing Fulfillment - Rising Prices Lately I have been finding better prices and quicker fulfillments elsewhere for n and ho scale train stuff. Getting product ordered out their door has always been like molasses however. Their response has always been something like "do you know how many shipments we do each day"? My reply is no, but if you know that perhaps you should gear up to ship more quickly. I have started looking elsewhere for much of my needs as a result.
