Positive experience. Hobbylinc has a good selection of model rockets and rocket supplies. Ordering went smoothly and easily. Prices are great. Shipping is a bit on the slow side, but ultimately worth the wait as everything arrived well packaged and in good condition. I did contact them via email about when my items would ship and they replied very quickly so a good customer service experience as well.

I ordered a lot of ho scale parts &… I ordered a lot of ho scale parts & track upon arrival box was open on end and some items missing. I emailed hobbylinc customer service they promptly filled the order of missing shipment, this day and age you don’t see customer satisfaction great company will continue with using them for my modeling needs. I’ve always found Hobbylink a good… I’ve always found Hobbylink a good sourc for my model railroad needs. They have a good selection, fair prices and their shipping is prompt and reasonable. My older style crossbucks from Banta Models were just what I was looking for and they had them.

Ordered 4 cans of paint 2/10/24 Ordered 4 cans of paint 2/10/24 , today 2/16/24 they still have not shipped my order said they were pulling my order . They sat on my funds I sent to them to purchase product instead of shipping the product to me . I cancelled order today . I purchased items one other time in the past it took forever to receive my purchase . When cancelling my order they never once apologized or tried to make me happy , LAST TIME I will order anything from this business ! If you have a hobby, what ever it my be , do not purchase from this company.

Slowing Fulfillment - Rising Prices Lately I have been finding better prices and quicker fulfillments elsewhere for n and ho scale train stuff. Getting product ordered out their door has always been like molasses however. Their response has always been something like "do you know how many shipments we do each day"? My reply is no, but if you know that perhaps you should gear up to ship more quickly. I have started looking elsewhere for much of my needs as a result.
