Slow shipping Hobbylinc took a week to process and ship my item. The item I received must have been a return as it was opened. It was what I needed and was functional. I will only order from this company again if I can't find what I'm looking for elsewhere.

Early birthday gift I ordered a Trumpeter 1/700 Tirpitz last Christmas Eve on December 24. Shipper is USPS and estimated arrival is at January 6 Thursday 1 day before my birthday but much to my shock, it arrived earlier than i expected at morning on January 4 Tuesday. I checked out the kit after opening the package and i saw that everything is complete. No missing parts. Good job guys. Will definitely order from you again.

I emailed hobbylinc customer service they promptly filled the order of missing shipment, this day and age you don’t see customer satisfaction great company will continue with using them for my modeling needs.
