Slowing Fulfillment - Rising Prices Lately I have been finding better prices and quicker fulfillments elsewhere for n and ho scale train stuff. Getting product ordered out their door has always been like molasses however. Their response has always been something like "do you know how many shipments we do each day"? My reply is no, but if you know that perhaps you should gear up to ship more quickly. I have started looking elsewhere for much of my needs as a result.

I ordered a lot of ho scale parts &… I ordered a lot of ho scale parts & track upon arrival box was open on end and some items missing. I emailed hobbylinc customer service they promptly filled the order of missing shipment, this day and age you don’t see customer satisfaction great company will continue with using them for my modeling needs. Good prices, slow fulfillment Hobbylinc has an enormous inventory with good to great prices. Their fulfillment speed is comical as it takes them “forever” to process the payment, pull products from their warehouse and ship. I’ve purchased many item from this site over the past few years and will continue to do so. But…they have the slowest fulfillment on the web in my experience.

Great Experience Items were packed well and shipped quickly. A packing slip was enclosed to assist order inventory. Will buy from again.

Slow shipping Hobbylinc took a week to process and ship my item. The item I received must have been a return as it was opened. It was what I needed and was functional. I will only order from this company again if I can't find what I'm looking for elsewhere.
