Excellent customer service Excellent customer service, sales people were very knowledgeable. Installation went smoothly and the installer did it in the cold winter months with some light snow on the ground. I thought he would have to reschedule I couldn’t believe it. He did the install quickly and carefully and was very courteous and left the yard spotless. My kids love this trampoline and I feel it is worth the cost to keep them safe and spending time outdoors. I highly recommend this product and purchasing it at Creative Playthings.

High quality swing set and trampoline… High quality swing set and trampoline that looks great in our backyard! We have gotten so much use out of both and are very happy with our purchase. We had a small issue with the initial installation team (separate company) and Creative Playthings went above and beyond to resolve it for us. Such a good quality swing-set Such a good quality swing-set. Installer was professional, friendly and worked very hard putting up the structure by himself. What would have taken us days, took him a half day in freezing cold weather. We are already enjoying our swing-set and making memories. Very excited we made such a wonderful purchase.
