Play set for my grandchildren during COVID lock down Bought a play set for my grandchildren just before COVID lock down started. My grandchildren LOVE it, and it's been a great way for them to play outdoors during lock down. The three year old climbs the climbing wall and the ladder, the one year old is comfortable and happy in the bucket swing and on the slide. To our surprise, they both love the glider and swing on it together.

Missing part and missing customer service We ordered and received the Raleigh playset. It was supposed to include a trapeze bar set to go along with the 2 swings but it was not in the box. I have tried multiple times to get it resolved through emails and phone calls - each call goes to voice mail and emails go unanswered. The equipment is fine - the customer service is not, even taking into account reasonable delays due to the pandemic. It has been months without a satisfactory response. Update - Thank you for the response and for sending the missing parts. It was certainly better late than never!

Very happy with final product but I… Very happy with final product but I thought the communication could have been a little better before the installation. I would have loved a call the day before with an update and also would have loved a call when we had to reschedule the measuring due to rain. Other than that, we love the swing set and the guys did a great and quick job setting up!

Wonderful experience from start to finish The salespeople in the showroom were incredibly helpful; my wife and I appreciated the no pressure sales strategy while we discussed all the options and never felt like we were being upsold. Our follow up questions were answered quickly; having someone come look at our backyard to help make sure we chose the right set. Delivery was quick, installation was a breeze, and the team that built the set was very professional. We’ll be recommending Creative Playthings to all our friends looking for swing sets for their children!

A few things that could be improved... Overall the sales service and product was great. The sales person was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. However, it's been weeks since the swing-set was installed and we still haven't received the picnic table that's supposed to come with the set (it's supposedly on back order). The installers were very nice but their cigarette butts and wrappers were littered across my lawn, which was upsetting to see.
