Bought the Williamsburg PlayPack #4 Bought the Williamsburg PlayPack #4. Was installed 2 weekends after MA shutdown. Could not have asked for anything better for my 2 daughters during this pandemic. Acton, MA Store Manager Richard Fagan has been extraordinary through the whole process. The playground is rock solid and the installer did a fantastic job in under 3 hours! We looked at other less expensive brands/levels but everything kept pointing back to the CP Premium Pine sets. So happy their installers/warehouse was deemed essential. Anyone with kids should have one of these during this crisis. Total lifesaver.

Missing part and missing customer service We ordered and received the Raleigh playset. It was supposed to include a trapeze bar set to go along with the 2 swings but it was not in the box. I have tried multiple times to get it resolved through emails and phone calls - each call goes to voice mail and emails go unanswered. The equipment is fine - the customer service is not, even taking into account reasonable delays due to the pandemic. It has been months without a satisfactory response. Update - Thank you for the response and for sending the missing parts. It was certainly better late than never!

From Start-to-Finish I worked with Ashley Lamont in Customer Service to order a series of parts for our older Playtimes Gym Set. She was truly excellent to work with. She identified the parts we needed, offered other parts, researched the paint used on the set and recently informed us of delivery (with tracking number). She was very helpful from start to finish.

High quality swing set and trampoline… High quality swing set and trampoline that looks great in our backyard! We have gotten so much use out of both and are very happy with our purchase. We had a small issue with the initial installation team (separate company) and Creative Playthings went above and beyond to resolve it for us. They exceeded our expectations and we couldn’t be happier!

A few things that could be improved... Overall the sales service and product was great. The sales person was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. However, it's been weeks since the swing-set was installed and we still haven't received the picnic table that's supposed to come with the set (it's supposedly on back order). The installers were very nice but their cigarette butts and wrappers were littered across my lawn, which was upsetting to see.
