The Creative Playthings team was incredible to work with! The Creative Playthings team was amazing! I called them with a requirement for something that would fit into our small backyard and they were quickly able to make suggestions on how one of their play structures could be modified to meet my needs. The day the structure was delivered (which was a week earlier than originally promised!), I called my local coordinator to schedule the installation. By noon the NEXT DAY, my kids were outside playing on it and have been enjoying it ever since. I recommend Creative Playthings without hesitation!

Play set for my grandchildren during COVID lock down Bought a play set for my grandchildren just before COVID lock down started. My grandchildren LOVE it, and it's been a great way for them to play outdoors during lock down. The three year old climbs the climbing wall and the ladder, the one year old is comfortable and happy in the bucket swing and on the slide. To our surprise, they both love the glider and swing on it together.

Such a good quality swing-set Such a good quality swing-set. Installer was professional, friendly and worked very hard putting up the structure by himself. What would have taken us days, took him a half day in freezing cold weather. We are already enjoying our swing-set and making memories. Very excited we made such a wonderful purchase.

I had worried current conditions would have made my goal of getting my children a swing set a daunting task. I have to say, from first inquiry to installation my expectations were met and then some. We needed a few missing parts after installation but she made sure they were sent immediately. Early days but we are very happy with the Williamsburg swing set.
