Fantastic play set!! From start to finish, this was a great experience! Our sales rep could not have been more helpful and courteous, the product came in a timely manner, and the installers did a fantastic job of installation in our yard. Our grand kids absolutely love the play set and we consider it the best investment in our yard that we have made in a very long time!

We love our new set! Ida at Creative Playthings Reading, MA was great to work with in helping us configure a playset that worked for our individual needs and would fit within our yard's size constraints. The installers were very friendly, fast and efficient at building it. The kids love it, and we'll look forward to years of use!

Our daughter loves her swing set! Our daughter loves her swing set. The staff at Creative Playthings was very helpful and answered tons of questions since we were not able to go into the show room. The materials and construction of the swing set are high quality. I'm sure we will be looking for fun add-ons as our daughter gets older.

Wonderful experience from start to finish The salespeople in the showroom were incredibly helpful; my wife and I appreciated the no pressure sales strategy while we discussed all the options and never felt like we were being upsold. Our follow up questions were answered quickly; having someone come look at our backyard to help make sure we chose the right set. Delivery was quick, installation was a breeze, and the team that built the set was very professional. Terrible almost nonexistent customer… Terrible almost nonexistent customer service. After multiple calls and email over two months time I was only able to get a one sentence answer regarding the condition of our play set. We were so excited to have a play set for our daughter in our new home only to find that it was “no longer safe to use” after 6 years. Although I don’t agree with the restriction on transferring the warranty I can accept it. What I cant accept is lack of respect for customers time and the refusal to stand behind a product. I wont but another product from Creative Playthings again.
