GBWhen we received our game system and… When we received our game system and set it up we were disappointed that it wasn’t working correctly. After talking with support they corrected the problem promptly. New system in and now can’t stop playing games. This system is awesome with all the old nostalgia games.

GBGreat customer service My grandson's birthday gift arrived on time.....especially difficult during this time of year. Unfortunately, it was too similar to a game set he already had, so I had to return it. Customer service was excellent with emails after I placed my order informing me my package was sent. Customer service was also very helpful when I had to return my purchase. I received a refund in a timely manner. I would continue to be a customer of Game Gear for these reasons.

GBWell Done I had placed an unusual order that required several extra steps both of handling and shipping. The order required good attention to detail. The Game Gear folks went out of their way to make it all happen plus they kept me well informed of the various stages the order was in. Their communication clearly demonstrated that they knew what they were talking about as it related to both the shipping and handling.
