GBMy experience with game gear has been… My experience with game gear has been very pleasant. I had purchase a controller from them and the controller had a small Malfunction I emailed them about my problem and and they sent me another controller Express delivered it in 3 days. They got back to me Really quick and solve my problem I am very pleased with my purchase 5 stars service!!!! This is the way a company should be run.

GBOrdered the "Nintendo NES Classic… Ordered the "Nintendo NES Classic Edition Remake HDMI w/ built-in 621 Games". I didn't realize it wasn't the legit Nintendo version you'd buy at the store, but with 600+ games, it's soooo much better. I had an issue with one of the controllers and Game Gear support quickly shipped out a new one at no extra cost. We rave to all of our friends about the NES!

GBwaited on refund for over a month Been waiting on a refund for over a month and they have confirmed that they received the return. They stopped responding to my emails. Shady business. 2 star bc I did receive an item that works fine. Update: Communication resumed after the bad review and explanation was only offered on the trustpilot page so it feels like it was more so to save face with future customers. Nevertheless I was refunded after the bad review so Im satisfied now.
