GBOrdered the "Nintendo NES Classic… Ordered the "Nintendo NES Classic Edition Remake HDMI w/ built-in 621 Games". I didn't realize it wasn't the legit Nintendo version you'd buy at the store, but with 600+ games, it's soooo much better. I had an issue with one of the controllers and Game Gear support quickly shipped out a new one at no extra cost. We rave to all of our friends about the NES!

GBGreat customer service My grandson's birthday gift arrived on time.....especially difficult during this time of year. Unfortunately, it was too similar to a game set he already had, so I had to return it. Customer service was excellent with emails after I placed my order informing me my package was sent. Customer service was also very helpful when I had to return my purchase. I received a refund in a timely manner. I would continue to be a customer of Game Gear for these reasons.

GBWell Done I had placed an unusual order that required several extra steps both of handling and shipping. The order required good attention to detail. The Game Gear folks went out of their way to make it all happen plus they kept me well informed of the various stages the order was in. Their communication clearly demonstrated that they knew what they were talking about as it related to both the shipping and handling. GBSNES gameplay issues (resolved) Purchased an NES/SNES combo unit as a birthday gift for my sons. SNES gameplay had several issues (minimized screen size, poor audio quality and severely reduced gameplay speed). While it took a while to get the support needed to resolve these issues, I eventually received a complimentary replacement SD card which quickly fixed our SNES woes. Appreciate your getting on top of this, Max!
