GBZero stars After ordering snes classic for Christmas, kids opened it up a week late. It would not power up, after finally contacting Max, he sent a new console. This one turned on, but the games were bery sluggish. Decided to just cut my losses snd return the product. I contacted Max to get instructions for a return. No answer. Finally found return procedure on the website. I sent it back 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing. I’m beginning to feel like I’m out $100 plus shipping. Do yourselves a favor, find another place to buy this. Edit: original order number GG5099

GBGreat customer service Customer service was excellent. They diagnosed a problem and shipped a replacement part that arrived the next day. The price was lower than other sites.

GBProfessional support and an excellent… Professional support and an excellent product. I had a issue with the first box with noise but it worked perfectly. The company sent me a new one without question and I sent the old one back with a prepaid shipping label. Excellent support and will do business with again. Ive let a few friends know and they are ordering one also, after playing and looking at all the games available.

GBFinal assessment: GREAT! Update on previous review: I purchased the snes famicon mini classic edition ultimate remake in December. The product didn’t work, and I worked quickly with Max fu to get the console returned. It was returned on Friday January 8, confirmed by tracking. In the time since, I have sent multiple emails to coordinate the timeline for the new console to be sent. I have received no replies. I’m looking for resolution to the agreement around the return of the defective console. Update: Feb 5 2021 The replacement console finally arrived! Better yet, IT WORKS! It’s been a long but worthwhile process. These guys will take care of you! Thank you for all your hard work!

GBGreat customer service My grandson's birthday gift arrived on time.....especially difficult during this time of year. Unfortunately, it was too similar to a game set he already had, so I had to return it. Customer service was excellent with emails after I placed my order informing me my package was sent. Customer service was also very helpful when I had to return my purchase. I received a refund in a timely manner. I would continue to be a customer of Game Gear for these reasons.
