The product didn’t work, and I worked quickly with Max fu to get the console returned. It was returned on Friday January 8, confirmed by tracking. In the time since, I have sent multiple emails to coordinate the timeline for the new console to be sent. I have received no replies. I’m looking for resolution to the agreement around the return of the defective console. Update: Feb 5 2021 The replacement console finally arrived! Better yet, IT WORKS!
