Outstanding!!!! I bought the NES with Mario 1,2,3 and Duck Hunt with an extra controller and the gun for my wife for Christmas. When we first tried to play the games didn’t work right, so I emailed Drew and he got back to me immediately. Gave some steps to try to fix the problem. After going through his suggestions all the games worked perfectly. Drew the owner of DKoldies has exceeded my expectations with the system and the games. I couldn’t be happier with the overall experience.

fantastic customer service fantastic customer service! while it's a bummer i had a defective product, they replied to my email within an hour and had already sent out a new system to replace the old one. zero hassle, polite, incredibly easy. i went out of my way to find somewhere to leave a positive review, because getting customer service like that is rare. compare that to a clothing company i'm trying to get a refund from right now who told me essentially i was wrong about their clothes being bad quality.

Great company! Always quick to deliver my purchase. Good selection of retro games so I've been able to add to my SNES collection. They even individually sell boxes and manuals if you're really trying to build your collection. They have good promotions and a pretty nifty awards program.
