Instead of having me send back the system, wait until it arrives, and send me a replacement, customer service immediately sent me a replacement system with prepaid postage to return the old system.

Awesome Customer Service. Great products. I have made several purchases from DKOldies. PS2 (Fat) Xbox 360 (R2D2 edition) Wii U, Gameboy Advance SP, Nintendo 64, & Several Games (Too bad they didn't film any of my orders :) ). The systems all looked great, even the acceptable condition Wii U. The Disc games I purchased look brand new, and the cartridge games look good & work well. I had a couple of issues with the Wii U and some aftermarket PS2 controllers they sent me, But customer Service was quick to remedy the situation. Horrible Price Gouging There's no other way to put this, other than that this place is absolutely horrible. There's no way you guys can justify selling a ps2 for $270, when you are paying customers $20 for theirs. That's over 10x the profit, so there is no way you rise and lower prices based on inventory when you are paying people that much and then you took the prices for trade-in's off your website cause you got called out, this company needs some serious rework cause this is ridiculous.
