Instead of having me send back the system, wait until it arrives, and send me a replacement, customer service immediately sent me a replacement system with prepaid postage to return the old system.

GBfantastic customer service fantastic customer service! while it's a bummer i had a defective product, they replied to my email within an hour and had already sent out a new system to replace the old one. zero hassle, polite, incredibly easy. i went out of my way to find somewhere to leave a positive review, because getting customer service like that is rare. compare that to a clothing company i'm trying to get a refund from right now who told me essentially i was wrong about their clothes being bad quality.

GBI love that there’s a reputable company… I love that there’s a reputable company backing the products they sell. I always feel comfortable purchasing items from here because of the 1 year warranty everything comes with. It literally takes any of the risk out of the equation for the products I purchase. And on top of that. I just get the sense that you guys love what you do and appreciate the customers that enjoy your products.

GBScam company, AVOID Scam company. Charges 2 to 3 times what others will charge, shipped me a third-party controller (in absolutely trash packing material) after charging ridiculous amounts for a PlayStation 3. Will not order here again. Absolute ripoff, could have got a better deal with anyone else. AVOID AT ALL COST
