fantastic customer service fantastic customer service! while it's a bummer i had a defective product, they replied to my email within an hour and had already sent out a new system to replace the old one. zero hassle, polite, incredibly easy. i went out of my way to find somewhere to leave a positive review, because getting customer service like that is rare. compare that to a clothing company i'm trying to get a refund from right now who told me essentially i was wrong about their clothes being bad quality.

Awesome Customer Service. Great products. I have made several purchases from DKOldies. PS2 (Fat) Xbox 360 (R2D2 edition) Wii U, Gameboy Advance SP, Nintendo 64, & Several Games (Too bad they didn't film any of my orders :) ). The systems all looked great, even the acceptable condition Wii U. The Disc games I purchased look brand new, and the cartridge games look good & work well. I had a couple of issues with the Wii U and some aftermarket PS2 controllers they sent me, But customer Service was quick to remedy the situation.
