Outstanding!!!! I bought the NES with Mario 1,2,3 and Duck Hunt with an extra controller and the gun for my wife for Christmas. When we first tried to play the games didn’t work right, so I emailed Drew and he got back to me immediately. Gave some steps to try to fix the problem. After going through his suggestions all the games worked perfectly. Drew the owner of DKoldies has exceeded my expectations with the system and the games. I couldn’t be happier with the overall experience.

Refurbishnot: After hearing from friends that I… After hearing from friends that I might've gotten slightly scammed by purchasing from DKOldies because of the higher prices, I was like whatever since it's "refurbished". They just started laughing and told me to open up the console when I had the chance to: result more dust and grime than I've ever had in any of my (bought new) homeconsoles from years back. This is a joke of a refurbishment store, it's more of a scalping operation in my humble opinion. On the plus side my console was and is still functional at least.

Amazing customer service Amazing customer service. I purchased an N64 that did not work properly (expected with a ~30 year old system). Instead of having me send back the system, wait until it arrives, and send me a replacement, customer service immediately sent me a replacement system with prepaid postage to return the old system.

I found my old PS2 cables after placing an order for a PS2 Player Pak, I shot DKoldies an email asking if I could send back the cords for a refund from that portion of the order, but still keep the PS2 console and they were more than happy to! I also ordered two DS games and one Game Boy Advance game and both were clean, authentic and ran smoothly on my handheld consoles!
