GBLost my server Lost my server. They said it was a bad hard drive but the issue was I lost it in my config window I could still log in and play. Instead they loaded up a new server and said sorry for your lost. After I called them on thier BS they shut down the IP address so I could no longer access my game. Do people fall for this BS talk still? They offered me a free week. Then 2 weeks. Why would I want 2 weeks of shoddy service? After leaving this review they then told me its not fair of me to give a bad review for things out of thier control. Sorry but lying about bad hardware is in their control. So is redundancy. How all my info is just on one hard drive with no data back up is amazing. Exactly how many other people lost their games because of this 1 hard drive OR was this just an excuse? I have moved on to a better service. I suggest anyone reading do the same.

GBJames Richards is amazing! To whom it may concern, James Richards helped me immensely as he has always done every time I have needed support in regards to the services I have in regards to Ark: Survival Evolved. Today, again, as he usually does, James Richards went far and beyond to help me with a start error I was having with one of our game servers. James was kind, attentive, and made sure I knew step by step what I needed to do on my end so that he can further assist me and he did it with due respect and diligence. This shows his professionalism, as well as his attention to detail, especially when it comes to customer service. He is a great part of your team, and every time he handles my issues I know that they're being handled appropriately. Thank you!

DEthe server was lagging that change our… the server was lagging that change our IP 3 time.... and no effect. Every time that said that new mashing was set up wrong and we need a new one.

GBHad my ARK server for a little while… Had my ARK server for a little while now, had nothing but fantastic support and no issues with the running of my server. Anything I have asked has been responded to quickly and effectively. Would definitely recommend others to use these guys. Would give more stars if it was possible xx

GBYour money will be wasted... AGS is one of the worst, if not the worst, game hosting providers. Technically incompetent and dishonest. They do not understand how the various game servers actually work, and PayPal had to force judgement against AGS for what was clearly a warranted and proper refund. I warn you. You will not be able to tolerate their server hosting, and your money will be wasted.
