The most precise, comfortable and beautiful controls I think the Nyxi controls are of high quality, precise and very comfortable as well as ergonomic, which is why I chose them as an excellent option to play longer with greater comfort, another factor is their designs, I think they are modern and beautiful. The attention and follow-up was excellent. I think they should continue like this because in this way they will always remain at the top in terms of quality and customer service.

Was going to purchase there but my payment didn’t go through, thank god! I found your official Twitter page and from there clicked on your official website. Joy sticks lose calibration and nyxi will not help Bought clear nyxi hyperion joycons. After less tham a year the left thumbstick on the left con has completely lost calibration with no way to fix. Judging from others that have said where they've had this issue with these controllers (of which there are many, check reddit), Nyxi have no interest in helping or fixing this issue. A real shame. I thought they could be a true comfortable joy con alternative but turns out it's just another cheap Chinese knock off Save your money

Great Customer Service. Shipped quickly by 4px Cool products shipped quickly by 4px. I had an issue before with the controller and contact their support email with videos showing the issues and they immediately sent me a replacement. Great customer service! I hope their quality keeps improving. So far one of the better quality 3rd party controller makers for the Switch. My Hyperion joycons are still going strong and now have the Wizard! Only wish I have further is please NYXI release software that can reprogram firmware to adjust deadzones to our liking!
