IEJoy sticks lose calibration and nyxi will not help Bought clear nyxi hyperion joycons. After less tham a year the left thumbstick on the left con has completely lost calibration with no way to fix. Judging from others that have said where they've had this issue with these controllers (of which there are many, check reddit), Nyxi have no interest in helping or fixing this issue. A real shame. I thought they could be a true comfortable joy con alternative but turns out it's just another cheap Chinese knock off Save your money

GBPlaced an order. Placed an order. Changed my mind, and I was able to easily and quickly cancel and get a refund. (I sent a message and received a reply 90 mins later, not sure exactly where their support is based but this was at 1am lol.) I have since re-ordered the Hyperion on 4th January. Timescale given was 12 to 20 days. Due for delivery today (day 13). They use Yodel from customs to your house. Also, I sent another message on 6th Jan, and received a reply within 24 hours, so completely different experience to above review. I signed up as a member and used the "message" tab on their website in the accounts sections, rather than sending an email. (I think Chinese New Year holidays have started which may be having some impact, but they should have made arrangements to still reply in a timely manner in my opinion.) You can check order status in the "orders" tab too. Also, company is moving to a different website (nyxigame,com), but it is exactly the same company as current nyxigaming.com site.

GBMultiple purchases went well I've purchased from Nyxi multiple times now. Despite the fact that the items ship internationally, I've received all my items within the specified time frame for each order. I do enjoy their products. With some of the joycons, I do occasionally have to disconnect and reconnect them to fix glitchiness that sometimes occurs after waking up my system. It's not too frequent, but I should note it. I like the size and feel of their joycons as well, especially the Wizard. I haven't dealt with their customer support for anything, so I can't speak to how that goes. Overall, I feel like they offer some good Nintendo Switch accessories.

GBUseless waste of money. Absolutely terrible controllers, completely ruined my zelda game, didn't work from the very beginning, got fobbed off by the company telling me to clear the blue lights because that's what's making it drift. Cleared them and played fine for a few days and then Link was crouching, running and walking in all directions, repeatedly falling off the divine beast and losing important items because it made magnisis imposible. Nothing to do with clearing the settings or upgrading the controllers they're just terrible. Went straight in the bin.

GBGreat customer service for a small compan Customer service through email was very helpful and courteous! Though it is a small business with what seems like only a couple people handling emails, I would usually get prompt replies within a day or two. Customer service handled a full replacement on a Hyperion controller very smoothly and was very pleased with it especially of a business of this size. Other similar businesses of this size wouldn’t have had close to resolution I have gotten here. Very happy to support this business.
