Great Experience Recently purchased the NYXI Hyperion joy cons. The purchase was smooth, the delivery didn't take to long, the product is awesome and my communications with the company have been replied to in a timely manner. My only issue is waiting for stock to be available as I'd really like to buy another Hyperion as a gift for someone. *edit* literally moments after posting my review more stock became available haha talk about great timing!

The most precise, comfortable and beautiful controls I think the Nyxi controls are of high quality, precise and very comfortable as well as ergonomic, which is why I chose them as an excellent option to play longer with greater comfort, another factor is their designs, I think they are modern and beautiful. The attention and follow-up was excellent. I think they should continue like this because in this way they will always remain at the top in terms of quality and customer service.

Multiple purchases went well I've purchased from Nyxi multiple times now. Despite the fact that the items ship internationally, I've received all my items within the specified time frame for each order. I do enjoy their products. With some of the joycons, I do occasionally have to disconnect and reconnect them to fix glitchiness that sometimes occurs after waking up my system. It's not too frequent, but I should note it. I like the size and feel of their joycons as well, especially the Wizard. I haven't dealt with their customer support for anything, so I can't speak to how that goes. Overall, I feel like they offer some good Nintendo Switch accessories.

Great customer service for a small compan Customer service through email was very helpful and courteous! Though it is a small business with what seems like only a couple people handling emails, I would usually get prompt replies within a day or two. Customer service handled a full replacement on a Hyperion controller very smoothly and was very pleased with it especially of a business of this size. Other similar businesses of this size wouldn’t have had close to resolution I have gotten here. Very happy to support this business.

Biggest scam Worst communication ever. Bought a GameCube joy con and never received a confirmation. Never got registered to my account either and the company does not answer message though email and you can’t speak with someone. Actually happy to have gone through PayPal to help me with a refund since Nyxi doesn’t care about their customers.
