GBGreat Controller I just received my Nyxi Wizard today fast delivery no controller issues. Best part about the Wizard is that it brings me back to the GameCube days, I’ll definitely order more products from this company and refer Nyxi to all my friends and family

AUGreat customer support and return policy I bought a NYXI Hyperion Pro directly from the store, and initially liked it. I however found out my unit had a problem with gyro calibration, and reached out to NYXI support for a refund. They were clear and responsive, and did everything they could to suggest possible fixes, offer replacement, and eventually provide a full refund. 10/10 would recommend. If you've got your eye on one of their products then go for it! Shout-outs to Sammi :)

GBStay away! Their products are trashy quality, which is fine, but charging premium prices, which again not a big deal, but when really makes this a terrible company is that they suppress any negative reviews to their products on their website so as a customer you can’t even make an informed decision. Very shady and unethical as a business, they are directly lying to their customers! Not a single review on any product on the whole site that’s less than 4 stars, come on…. Really??

GBGreat Customer Service. Shipped quickly by 4px Cool products shipped quickly by 4px. I had an issue before with the controller and contact their support email with videos showing the issues and they immediately sent me a replacement. Great customer service! I hope their quality keeps improving. So far one of the better quality 3rd party controller makers for the Switch. My Hyperion joycons are still going strong and now have the Wizard! Only wish I have further is please NYXI release software that can reprogram firmware to adjust deadzones to our liking!

GBGreat customer service for a small compan Customer service through email was very helpful and courteous! Though it is a small business with what seems like only a couple people handling emails, I would usually get prompt replies within a day or two. Customer service handled a full replacement on a Hyperion controller very smoothly and was very pleased with it especially of a business of this size. Other similar businesses of this size wouldn’t have had close to resolution I have gotten here. Very happy to support this business.
