very hand friendly Son and I love this controller. Fits perfectly in both my big hands and my 8 year old sons little hands. Charged it once and son has been using it for 3 days and still has almost a full charge. Going to have to order another one so I can have my own. My son states he barely has to use his finger guards so his fingers won’t hurt because it has the best controls he has ever used.

Great customer service for a small compan Customer service through email was very helpful and courteous! Though it is a small business with what seems like only a couple people handling emails, I would usually get prompt replies within a day or two. Customer service handled a full replacement on a Hyperion controller very smoothly and was very pleased with it especially of a business of this size. Other similar businesses of this size wouldn’t have had close to resolution I have gotten here. Very happy to support this business.

Great customer support and return policy I bought a NYXI Hyperion Pro directly from the store, and initially liked it. I however found out my unit had a problem with gyro calibration, and reached out to NYXI support for a refund. They were clear and responsive, and did everything they could to suggest possible fixes, offer replacement, and eventually provide a full refund. 10/10 would recommend. If you've got your eye on one of their products then go for it! Shout-outs to Sammi :)

Wizard controllers should include… Wizard controllers should include original style sticks (Gamecube). Every other model could have the joypad frame for wireless play shaped like the whole controller just like wizard. I need specific replacement parts for Athena transparent model, the black plastic piece that has LB, RB and sync buttons, with the LED indicators. Can’t find it anywhere else.

Multiple purchases went well I've purchased from Nyxi multiple times now. Despite the fact that the items ship internationally, I've received all my items within the specified time frame for each order. I do enjoy their products. With some of the joycons, I do occasionally have to disconnect and reconnect them to fix glitchiness that sometimes occurs after waking up my system. It's not too frequent, but I should note it. I like the size and feel of their joycons as well, especially the Wizard. I haven't dealt with their customer support for anything, so I can't speak to how that goes. Overall, I feel like they offer some good Nintendo Switch accessories.
