very hand friendly Son and I love this controller. Fits perfectly in both my big hands and my 8 year old sons little hands. Charged it once and son has been using it for 3 days and still has almost a full charge. Going to have to order another one so I can have my own. My son states he barely has to use his finger guards so his fingers won’t hurt because it has the best controls he has ever used.

Just a perfect experience Just a perfect experience. I LOVE your Products, the Hyperion is my absolute favorite joycon, so I‘ve had to try the Wizard and your Pro Controller. You are getting better and better every year.

Biggest scam Worst communication ever. Bought a GameCube joy con and never received a confirmation. Never got registered to my account either and the company does not answer message though email and you can’t speak with someone. Actually happy to have gone through PayPal to help me with a refund since Nyxi doesn’t care about their customers.

Great controllers Great controllers, very comfortable. Customer service is terrible. I am still missing an item from my order and no response from their service department yet. Update: They made good on the missed item within 2 weeks. Overall Great products!

Joy sticks lose calibration and nyxi will not help Bought clear nyxi hyperion joycons. After less tham a year the left thumbstick on the left con has completely lost calibration with no way to fix. Judging from others that have said where they've had this issue with these controllers (of which there are many, check reddit), Nyxi have no interest in helping or fixing this issue. A real shame. I thought they could be a true comfortable joy con alternative but turns out it's just another cheap Chinese knock off Save your money
