GBAbsolutely love the storyline Absolutely love the storyline! I am impatiently waiting on Episode 2. If you love an immersive apocalyptic mystery that only you can solve with the right tools then this box is for you. The company is amazing, shipping is fast and if you get stuck or have questions there's a online community ready to help out. However, it can be very addictive and watch out for the rabbit holes!!

GBQuite disappointing Unfortunately waited to open the first box until we already had 3 of them on the table and now have 4. The remaining 3 may never be opened. I don't get the high reviews. You get a letter, a few (cool and high quality!) trinkets, and some card that you supposedly can use to access a website. I don't get how they can even call this a game. There was no game or mystery or story to the box. Just a letter about someone who went missing with no real clues or instructions on what you are even supposed to do. I'm glad others liked it but I will never buy one of these kind of boxes again. Was really looking forward to something interesting to do with my wife.

GBCustomer service is non-existent I have waited 2 days and still no response from the company to resolve the account / subscription problems I encountered with my initial enrollment. They’ve taken my money, but I have no subscription. I am now concerned this company is a scam.

GBThe product itself is insanely fun and… The product itself is insanely fun and challenging! Customer service is also great and extremely accommodating. Can’t wait for my next box!!!!

GBFun game, terrible customer service This review would be lower, but I actually enjoy the game a lot, just not the company or its policies. Escape the Invasion is more interested in your money than you as a customer, as I can clearly see from my interaction with customer service. Supposedly they send emails about upcoming renewals, which is clearly not the case because I was charged on my card without any preemption or warning. When I contacted customer service about this to see if they could make an exception to their rules (seeing as I never got the renewal email that I should have), I was talked to like a child. I was told - numerous times - by the rep Caitlin that I had apparently misunderstood or missed the information on the website about their policies. Regardless of the fact that I had or had not read the policies - which I had - that is no way to handle an escalation with a customer. It just seems like they are trying to place the blame everywhere else instead of admitting any fault. As someone in the public relations field, the way this company handles its customer service and customer retention is extremely poor. They didn’t even try to retain me as a customer when I asked to cancel, just went and did so. I would not be surprised if this company comes crashing down because it can’t properly handle customer service issues. I really wish this had not been the case because, like I said, the game is a lot of fun and very different from anything out there. However, it is not worth the hassle and lack of proper customer service.
