GBNot what I had hoped for I have completed two boxes. I find them tedious and some things are just arbitrary. Overall I am very disappointed. I love escape rooms, but this doesn't even come close. It's hard to tell when you are making progress. There are things you just guess at. There is swag in each box, but some is not really related to the case and I would rather they spent the money on a better experience. At this point I don't think I would sign up for Season 2 or any of their other games. Just very disappointing.

GBMaybe your money is better spent elsewhere.... After the initial 5 month subscription ran out, I noticed a pending charge for another 5 month subscription. I tried to hunt down any sort of way to cancel with this company. I was unable to find any published method so I reached out to their chat line on Jan 6 and Jan 9. The Jan 6 was responded to on the 16th. The 9th was responded to on the 20th. In the meantime, I filed a dispute with my credit card company. The company responded to my credit card claiming I never contacted them to cancel my subscription. If you must get involved with this service, make sure to document the cancellation information and put a note on your calendar. Their business model appears to require them to make it difficult to cancel. They should spend more money increasing customer service which they could get by saving money from the people that are tasked with spending hours writing deceptive responses to credit card disputes.

GBI really enjoy how immersive this is I really enjoy how immersive this is. My wife and I have a great time with every box; and anticipate the next. The effort and thought process put into this is outstanding!
