I ordered and xbox controller April… I ordered and xbox controller April 27th and joy cons april 28th IV sent countless emails to any employee named ryan over the pass few months. I got little to no response from ryan over this time and when i did get ahold of him and asked for a refund he told me my xbox controller would be shipped that week and id get a refund for the joy cons. Its been 2 weeks and I got my joy cons last week but not xbox controller or refund for anything. I couldnt find a phone number or another email ro talk to anyone else. If at all possible I would like to talk to literally anyone else and get this sorted out

very happy with my custom Jason Vorhees controller The ordering process was straight forward and easy. My controller came in a box with padding to ensure it arrived safely. Shipping was not that long even though it felt like an eternity because i couldn’t wait to use my controller. Once i received it and charged it fully, i used it on a first person shooter and it performed perfectly. I’m very happy with my controller and i will be purchasing another one in the future.

Custom elite series 2 This controller looks and works beautifully!, and I am very pleased with how it came out. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because it took three months to get. So if your going to order a custom controller during COVID-19 (more specifically a custom elite series 2), I AM WARNING YOU it’s going to take at least two months for them to finish, maybe even three like mine took, but you can trust these guys they got the job done and the controller is awesome!

Owner is extremely responsive and he is the sole reason I bought from his store. I will be picking up another eliter series 2 in July for my bro. Definitely would reccomend to anyone. Finish grips triggers all excellent could never go back to a regular controller now. 10/10

If you’re looking for Xbox One thumb sticks, I would look here over Amazon The thumb sticks I ordered were perfect. They had the actual xbox one thumb stick grip texture on the edge and were the proper height as well as fitting the actual controller correctly. I say this because I ordered a pair from somewhere else and it had none of these qualities. The most annoying bit being that the hole underneath where the metal controller joy stick is supposed to slide into was too deep so the sticks would sink when they were clicked. These replacements from KwikBoy Modz were much better and I’d venture to say perfect.
