10 months and still no controller Placed my order May 8th 2023 after reaching out and trying to get an estimate time for shipping (my last order 5 years ago was very fast, I expected the same type of service) I was told by Ryan that the edge controllers were on back order and would take the full waiting period. Since then I would reach out every few weeks to see what was happening and every message was either a new excuse on why it was taking so long or he wouldn't respond to me at all. They still continue to update their Instagram trying to get new customers so I really don't know why they are going this way of business all of a sudden. I only wanted a painted controller, not even a modded one so I didnt think it was a difficult order. Im out $280 so I would warn others to not order frm here.

Controller looks very very good was… Controller looks very very good was skeptical ordering a custom controller but if your a serious gamer that wants something nice in your hands these are well worth the money. Yes I was skeptical on the buttons being sticky or the left analog stick having it's own issues because elite series 2 controllers have those out of the box sometimes. I did not have this issue at all. I would honestly order 2 more if I had more money.

Scam! Order my controller 3 months ago. They dont reply to my emails or messages on messenger. I ask for a refund and they still havent reply to it. I just lost over $300. Please be advise about their poor service and shady ass buisness! Hope this review helped other to not fall into my situation!

My order took about 6 weeks to process My order took about 6 weeks to process, which was quite a bit longer than I expected. I'm figuring that the seller must have had quite a backlog of orders for the holidays. The customized controllers were beautifully crafted. I tested them out with our XBOX Series X and they work perfectly. My kids really enjoy them.

Controller is awesome just very long wait Controller is awesome, just takes them forever to build one took 2-3 months for mine… There’s companies that have a way faster turn around time then they do. I messaged them to get a refund, then magically my controller shipped the next day after being ignored by the company for weeks.
