Scam! Order my controller 3 months ago. They dont reply to my emails or messages on messenger. I ask for a refund and they still havent reply to it. I just lost over $300. Please be advise about their poor service and shady ass buisness! Hope this review helped other to not fall into my situation!

The controller took awhile to be… The controller took awhile to be delivered from when I ordered it. I found out it was due to corona virus slowing down materiels they needed. At first it was hard to get into contact with customer service because I would have liked to know why there was such a delay without me sending multiple emails to try and get a response. I will say once I did make contact they did a solid job of keeping me updated.

My order took about 6 weeks to process My order took about 6 weeks to process, which was quite a bit longer than I expected. I'm figuring that the seller must have had quite a backlog of orders for the holidays. The customized controllers were beautifully crafted. I tested them out with our XBOX Series X and they work perfectly. My kids really enjoy them.

Great controller. Takes roughly six weeks, but controller looks mint. No defects and just overall colour scheme is beautiful. Really helps me in FPS games. You can buy the same micro chip and back shell with paddles for a regular controller for $55 Canadian but if you want style and avoid the hassle of disassembling your controller this is where to go.

Ordered an Xbox elite controller… Update: 8/14- Received email stating order has been cancelled with the amount that will be refunded. Refund hasn’t been received yet but could be processing still. ———————— Ordered an Xbox elite controller January 5 2021. Followed up on the status on May 20 and was told it would be shipped a week later. Followed up again June 26 and was offered a refund. Accepted and was told refund would occur the following Monday. Refund was not issued and followed up again on July 21. No response. All messages were via Facebook messenger via the button on their website.
