(Edit) after speaking to the folks at kwikboy mods, who responded almost immediately to help, I have to change my tune a bit. The trigger was damaged in shipping through no fault of their own. As for the paperwork on how to use the extra inputs, all of the info is downloadable on their website and it is partially my bad for not looking into it. They were very helpful and are making it right as I type this.

Amazing communication I have not received my controller yet, this already has 5 stars because Ryan has been amazing through the process. He has explained all the details and has been communicating and answering very fast. It’s a different world now as they are waiting on parts and probably tons of orders but he has answered my questions and emails promptly. Cannot wait to get the controller!!!

Great controller. Takes roughly six weeks, but controller looks mint. No defects and just overall colour scheme is beautiful. Really helps me in FPS games. You can buy the same micro chip and back shell with paddles for a regular controller for $55 Canadian but if you want style and avoid the hassle of disassembling your controller this is where to go.

10 months and still no controller Placed my order May 8th 2023 after reaching out and trying to get an estimate time for shipping (my last order 5 years ago was very fast, I expected the same type of service) I was told by Ryan that the edge controllers were on back order and would take the full waiting period. Since then I would reach out every few weeks to see what was happening and every message was either a new excuse on why it was taking so long or he wouldn't respond to me at all. They still continue to update their Instagram trying to get new customers so I really don't know why they are going this way of business all of a sudden. I only wanted a painted controller, not even a modded one so I didnt think it was a difficult order. Im out $280 so I would warn others to not order frm here.

Ordered an Xbox elite controller… Update: 8/14- Received email stating order has been cancelled with the amount that will be refunded. Refund hasn’t been received yet but could be processing still. ———————— Ordered an Xbox elite controller January 5 2021. Followed up on the status on May 20 and was told it would be shipped a week later. Followed up again June 26 and was offered a refund. Accepted and was told refund would occur the following Monday. Refund was not issued and followed up again on July 21. No response. All messages were via Facebook messenger via the button on their website.
