GBScam! Order my controller 3 months ago. They dont reply to my emails or messages on messenger. I ask for a refund and they still havent reply to it. I just lost over $300. Please be advise about their poor service and shady ass buisness! Hope this review helped other to not fall into my situation!

GBRyan is very unprofessional Ryan is very unprofessional. The way he treats his customers is sad. Please don't do business with someone that doesn't take pride in their work. He sends damaged products and poorly dipped controllers. You'd be better off order snap skins from Amazon.

GBMy order took about 6 weeks to process My order took about 6 weeks to process, which was quite a bit longer than I expected. I'm figuring that the seller must have had quite a backlog of orders for the holidays. The customized controllers were beautifully crafted. I tested them out with our XBOX Series X and they work perfectly. My kids really enjoy them.

GBThe controllers are great The controllers are great. No issue with those at all. It did, however, take almost 5 full months for my order of 2 to ship. I understand there were likely issues with parts availability, but... 5 months? If you have time to wait, absolutely get these controllers. If you're expecting the 5 week delivery like they declare in the FAQ... maybe get a second opinion.

GBOrdered an Xbox elite controller… Update: 8/14- Received email stating order has been cancelled with the amount that will be refunded. Refund hasn’t been received yet but could be processing still. ———————— Ordered an Xbox elite controller January 5 2021. Followed up on the status on May 20 and was told it would be shipped a week later. Followed up again June 26 and was offered a refund. Accepted and was told refund would occur the following Monday. Refund was not issued and followed up again on July 21. No response. All messages were via Facebook messenger via the button on their website.
