The controller took awhile to be… The controller took awhile to be delivered from when I ordered it. I found out it was due to corona virus slowing down materiels they needed. At first it was hard to get into contact with customer service because I would have liked to know why there was such a delay without me sending multiple emails to try and get a response. I will say once I did make contact they did a solid job of keeping me updated.

I emailed the contact email at 10:30 pm… I emailed the contact email at 10:30 pm and got a response in less than 2 min. Owner is extremely responsive and he is the sole reason I bought from his store. I will be picking up another eliter series 2 in July for my bro. Definitely would reccomend to anyone. Finish grips triggers all excellent could never go back to a regular controller now. 10/10

Controller is awesome just very long wait Controller is awesome, just takes them forever to build one took 2-3 months for mine… There’s companies that have a way faster turn around time then they do. I messaged them to get a refund, then magically my controller shipped the next day after being ignored by the company for weeks.

Controller is fantastic Controller is fantastic, feels great in the hands and the paint job is, from what I can see, flawless. It did take a bit longer than expected, I was told it would be around 5 weeks and it ended up being more like 8, but communication was near instantaneous whenever I messaged them, and due to holidays I understood the delay. Absolutely worth it. Once it shipped it arrived faster than I expected so that was a plus as well. If I was to get another controller painted, I'd be very likely to go through them again or to recommend them to friends.

No paperwork explaining how extra… No paperwork explaining how extra inputs work. Right digital trigger does not function properly. (Edit) after speaking to the folks at kwikboy mods, who responded almost immediately to help, I have to change my tune a bit. The trigger was damaged in shipping through no fault of their own. As for the paperwork on how to use the extra inputs, all of the info is downloadable on their website and it is partially my bad for not looking into it. They were very helpful and are making it right as I type this.
