GBThe controller took awhile to be… The controller took awhile to be delivered from when I ordered it. I found out it was due to corona virus slowing down materiels they needed. At first it was hard to get into contact with customer service because I would have liked to know why there was such a delay without me sending multiple emails to try and get a response. I will say once I did make contact they did a solid job of keeping me updated.

GBI ordered and xbox controller April… I ordered and xbox controller April 27th and joy cons april 28th IV sent countless emails to any employee named ryan over the pass few months. I got little to no response from ryan over this time and when i did get ahold of him and asked for a refund he told me my xbox controller would be shipped that week and id get a refund for the joy cons. Its been 2 weeks and I got my joy cons last week but not xbox controller or refund for anything. I couldnt find a phone number or another email ro talk to anyone else. If at all possible I would like to talk to literally anyone else and get this sorted out

GBvery happy with my custom Jason Vorhees controller The ordering process was straight forward and easy. My controller came in a box with padding to ensure it arrived safely. Shipping was not that long even though it felt like an eternity because i couldn’t wait to use my controller. Once i received it and charged it fully, i used it on a first person shooter and it performed perfectly. I’m very happy with my controller and i will be purchasing another one in the future.

GB10 months and still no controller Placed my order May 8th 2023 after reaching out and trying to get an estimate time for shipping (my last order 5 years ago was very fast, I expected the same type of service) I was told by Ryan that the edge controllers were on back order and would take the full waiting period. Since then I would reach out every few weeks to see what was happening and every message was either a new excuse on why it was taking so long or he wouldn't respond to me at all. They still continue to update their Instagram trying to get new customers so I really don't know why they are going this way of business all of a sudden. I only wanted a painted controller, not even a modded one so I didnt think it was a difficult order. Im out $280 so I would warn others to not order frm here.

GBRyan is very unprofessional Ryan is very unprofessional. The way he treats his customers is sad. Please don't do business with someone that doesn't take pride in their work. He sends damaged products and poorly dipped controllers. You'd be better off order snap skins from Amazon.
