GBRefund refused Their policy states that a game that hasnt been released can be refunded yet they wont follow through with that refund policy. AVOID THIS COMPANY

GBFraudulent company Fraudulent company, wont refund customers even when the refund fits their policy. Xsolla also works with Russian companies in order to steal money from unsuspecting customers. Do not use this merchant under any circumstances.

INDenying refund Their refund manager 'Star' is the worst person or I don't even know if it's a real person or just a bot denying all the refunds without looking into them, they just don't care if a kid makes a purchase, they will outright deny them without reading
