AUI purchased an in game currency back in… I purchased an in game currency back in December 2023. Early January 2024 Xsolla advised my payment was refunded. No refund has been received by me and after 3 months of back and forth I still don’t have what I paid for or the refund! Customer service has been no help whatsoever! Edit to respond to Xsolla I have spent the last 3 months emailing back and forth with your “help” team and nothing has been done apart from to basically tell me it’s my issue. I am still out $153!!!!

MAmy paypal payment was blocked… my paypal payment was blocked wrongfully and maliciously by a third party(a dispute) . i went to their facebook and asked them to unblock my paypal and their costumer service was very understanding and helped me solve what i thought unsolvable problem

FRvery bad experience very bad experience. the support does not try to understand. I find myself with 2 accounts blocked for incorrect handling even though I had already put money into them. in short you lose a customer

GBAbsolutely Awful Customer Support Absolutely awful customer support they don’t understand I have been through this with them 4 times in a row for the same issue. It has been resolved 3 times 3032 “fraud” even though this company has cleared me future purposes 3 times they still flag me everytime I come back. Its laughable that a 3 billion dollar company can be this incompetent I sent my support agent dates of all my resolved tickets emails showing them clearing me and explaining the situation over and over again about how the payment that is declaring this fraud doesn’t exists and cannot be accessed again but still cannot make purchases I have even contacted PayPal and they told me that there was never any flags through my accounts actually laughable that I have been through this so many times but my favorite games use this company for some reason. I literally just want to spend my money but yet I am met with the same issue over and over again and even if I give them dates of their own team resolving it and pictures of the emails clearing me multiple times can’t ever get it fixed in a timely matter pitiful and embarassing XSOLLA

SEI had some issue with the payment… I had some issue with the payment though their gaming program and unfortunately the payment went through twice, a dubble payment :( BUT Babka had a look and saw the dubble payment and refunded the money. Secure Xsolla is a great and trustworthy company and really take care of their customers (many of them kids and their parents). /Marie A mother to a 14 year old son
