AUI purchased an in game currency back in… I purchased an in game currency back in December 2023. Early January 2024 Xsolla advised my payment was refunded. No refund has been received by me and after 3 months of back and forth I still don’t have what I paid for or the refund! Customer service has been no help whatsoever! Edit to respond to Xsolla I have spent the last 3 months emailing back and forth with your “help” team and nothing has been done apart from to basically tell me it’s my issue. I am still out $153!!!!

SEI had some issue with the payment… I had some issue with the payment though their gaming program and unfortunately the payment went through twice, a dubble payment :( BUT Babka had a look and saw the dubble payment and refunded the money. Secure Xsolla is a great and trustworthy company and really take care of their customers (many of them kids and their parents). /Marie A mother to a 14 year old son

NLsame error over and over again despite explaining situation multiple times me and my housemates constantly get : 1092: Your payment was declined for security reasons. Please try again using a bank/prepaid card for additional verification of your account. Otherwise, contact our customer support for further assistance.i don't have my own bank/prepaid card (nor does anyone in my home) we only can pay with paysafe card and constantly that error shows up and than there's constantly this answer: "I can see that your payment attempts triggered my security system. Don't worry, your account was not charged. I recommend just trying the payment again using your debit or credit card directly. Thank you!" like i said i don't have a debit/credit card i only can use a paysafe card so that means you can't help me with the issue permanently so me and my housemates have to contact you every single time and than wait like 7 days or more for it to get solved ? i have to say i get a little tired about this issue
