Refund refused Their policy states that a game that hasnt been released can be refunded yet they wont follow through with that refund policy. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Denying refund Their refund manager 'Star' is the worst person or I don't even know if it's a real person or just a bot denying all the refunds without looking into them, they just don't care if a kid makes a purchase, they will outright deny them without reading

I had some issue with the payment… I had some issue with the payment though their gaming program and unfortunately the payment went through twice, a dubble payment :( BUT Babka had a look and saw the dubble payment and refunded the money.
