SEI had some issue with the payment… I had some issue with the payment though their gaming program and unfortunately the payment went through twice, a dubble payment :( BUT Babka had a look and saw the dubble payment and refunded the money. FRvery bad experience very bad experience. the support does not try to understand. I find myself with 2 accounts blocked for incorrect handling even though I had already put money into them. in short you lose a customer

INDenying refund Their refund manager 'Star' is the worst person or I don't even know if it's a real person or just a bot denying all the refunds without looking into them, they just don't care if a kid makes a purchase, they will outright deny them without reading

FRFaulty software, useless support Their software does not work properly and they allow themselves to block accounts because they charge products not received. A support of incompetent who only knows how to copy paste. Xsolla is to be avoided
