INDenying refund Their refund manager 'Star' is the worst person or I don't even know if it's a real person or just a bot denying all the refunds without looking into them, they just don't care if a kid makes a purchase, they will outright deny them without reading

SEI had some issue with the payment… I had some issue with the payment though their gaming program and unfortunately the payment went through twice, a dubble payment :( BUT Babka had a look and saw the dubble payment and refunded the money.
