EGOne of the worst customer services One of the worst customer services you will ever see. Be careful as well about the fact that they sell opened, used, and possibly defective items as unopened. Happened to me more than once. You will read about this here as well, it happens often apparently. They won't do anything about. They might even ban your account if you try to ask for a small compensation about it. It's a very terrible shop. The state of customer service in Japanese shops is terrible all around anyway, so don't expect this to be any better.

GBGreat product and service! Got all invoices and shipment Emails really fast after purchase. Shipping took a short amount of time even though I live overseas. Box was described as heavily damaged but the goods and the box look in mint condition! Quite high shipping costs but it was still cheaper than the original item with free shipping, thanks a bunch :)

AUAstronomical shipping fees They have very good prices with their items. But they over-inflate shipping fees to very shocking extents that it defeats the purpose of getting any good deals from them in the first place. Would've given 0 rating if I could, for trying to milk you for that big extra lump of money at the shipping.

GBI really had high hopes for this place… I really had high hopes for this place they clearly are a legitimate business have 100k items on their eBay store. I ordered 1 single bearbrick estimated value of $50 ish they said it was $10 for the brick $20 in shipping and 2 days later I was charged an additional $30 for “taxes” I order from Japan every day it’s never $60 to ship anything. Maybe $20 .. total rip off. Ps the item only weighs 1oz.

AUAwesome online experiences Really can't fault Mandarake - they have awesome prices on rare products, they ship super-fast and communications aren't a problem. I've had tow transactions with them and there's not been any problems at all. Highly recommended.
