Goodies from Japan for a good price. I used twice their service, so far the staff did a perfect job. Fast, good packaging, choice with postage services. DHL is their best proposition; fast delivery service for a good price with a competent staff. Some products from japan that are no longer produced can be proposed elsewhere but they are usually sold very expensive. Mandarake will propose you the same product for a lower cost that is usually close to their introductory price.

Good product, bad communication The description of the item was accurate. The reservation worked well and the email was sent in less than 4 days. However, there was a problem with the purchase option; the website didn’t work properly and didn’t accept the card payment. As a result, I had to email and ask for paypal payment option which was given in 1 week time. Overall, I am happy with the product and the variety available , but I am unhappy with the site not working for payment and that finding sources to contact/ask for help is really hard. Everything else from price to packaging was fantastic.

Great product and service! Got all invoices and shipment Emails really fast after purchase. Shipping took a short amount of time even though I live overseas. Box was described as heavily damaged but the goods and the box look in mint condition! Quite high shipping costs but it was still cheaper than the original item with free shipping, thanks a bunch :)

Good and bad experiences I love Mandarake! It's like shopping in Japan but everything's right in front of you, it's great and I love shopping here. Fast shipping and every item I've received, ordered over a hundred action figures, they're all wrapped with care. However, be wary of the $30USD and $45USD shipping charges. You won't know until you get a confirmation of the sum once the store you ordered from confirms that they have the item in stock. For example, I decided to buy an action figure and it's an absolute steal. All of the sudden, I'm hit with a ton of bricks and surprises me with $45USD shipping, unbelievable! Be cautious and certainly be careful! Cancelling too much will result in a permanent ban of your account and shipping address.
