Despite sending over five emails, I got no response. Furthermore, my delivery through DHL was plagued with delays and issues. With DHL refusing to process my complaint since I wasn't the sender, I once again turned to Madarake, hoping they could step in. Yet again, my attempts to communicate were ignored. While Madarake might offer quality products, their customer service is downright pitiable. If you encounter an issue with a purchase, be prepared to be left in the lurch. Such indifference towards customers is unacceptable, and I can only caution others about the risk of ending up the "big loser" as I did.
