Cancelling and banning loyal customer accounts, while alternatively allowing native scalpers to purchase items only to re-list on Yahoo auction for 4x to 10x the retail price. Many items are special figures or kits that many of us who admire/respect the artist have been searching for for years. Mandarake would rather let the scalpers have everything. Also took money for an order, then cancelled but kept the money. The item was relisted for sale on the site, without any reply or refund, so fast that it was absolutely intentionally. Do not deserve to be in the figure-collecting community's good graces.

I got a defective product from a… I got a defective product from a purchase mandarake nayuta store. The description stated the item was unopened or new, buy when i got it. The item has a major defect. there is gaping hole on my Godzilla Figure's head. When I complaint to Mandarake Nayuta Store, their can only offer 2000 yen refund from 10800 yen purchase. Feel very dissapointed on their solution and the lack of responsibility from Mandarake Nayuta Stire. Becareful shopping with Mandarake Nayuta Store.

I ordered 1 single bearbrick estimated value of $50 ish they said it was $10 for the brick $20 in shipping and 2 days later I was charged an additional $30 for “taxes” I order from Japan every day it’s never $60 to ship anything. Maybe $20 .. total rip off. Ps the item only weighs 1oz.

Astronomical shipping fees They have very good prices with their items. But they over-inflate shipping fees to very shocking extents that it defeats the purpose of getting any good deals from them in the first place. Would've given 0 rating if I could, for trying to milk you for that big extra lump of money at the shipping.

No Customer support Dozens of order made succefully, with really high shipping cost though, i could not complete an order becouse they were charging me $60 usd for a lightweight book (others sites like amiami charges like $20usd for similar weight), and i was banned for life. I tried to reach them but not luck, is like they really don't speak english, they don't have customer support or they just have cold heart. Thankfully there are other options to buy from Japan, Surugaya + proxy works better.
