GBUsed legal loophole to deny refund, charge back still being debated on paypal They canceled my server without explanation after less then a week, i had spent over $150 USD on it and when i asked for a refund they declined it because it had "been over 24 hours since i paid for the server" i suspect they waited to do this so i could not refund it since they didnt tell me it was canceled and i had to make a ticket to ask! This is a total scam!

AXThey say you can get a refund in the… They say you can get a refund in the first 24 hours of purchase, but they ignore you're support ticket and recieve no refund. Then there is no option to cancel on the wesite, good thing you can just turn off the payments from paypal, ok servers absolutely terrible customer support.

NOBought a server but got nothing When i first bought ther sesrvice / server i had some problems with the server. I then made a ticket on their website but nothing happend. after that i tryed getting a refund. I created a ticket through paypal, where i said i wanted a refund. Then as a massage back from TheMinecraftHosting: Make another ticket on their website. Close this dispute because your service will be terminated. After that i thought i just lost my money and the service i wanted. But after ca 2-3 months, their sending mails with overdue invoices. Ive tryed creating tickets on their website but no awnser from them. Pluss its saying i have to pay for "Late Fee" (reply to the comment: Ive sent in a ticket over 3 daysago, and still no answer)
