I got the server and checked my email… I got the server and checked my email and there was nothing for the log in so I went to support to fix it and they did so in 1 Hour at 12AM EST! BUT then the next day I was trying to upload a Minecraft mod pack to the server and I kept getting a error so I went to support again and they never responded its been 2 days... Since they don't want to help me I just decided to go to a different host. the only good thing was the price with a code for 60% off.

Okay until problems can occur Now, I've been using TheMinecraftHosting for a far bit to have Minecraft Servers on and off. Recently I purchased a server on the 4th of September as much as it hurts me to say this but the support I had wasn't really the best I got left out of the loop after x amount of messages (I understand they are trying to fix a problem but I needed to know that the company didn't just run away with my money) Unfortunately was not getting anywhere after running around for about nearly 3 weeks I was finally able to get this sorted. The reason I have still given this review a high rating is because 1 you just won't find hosting anywhere as cheap as TheMinecraftHosting 2 as a programmer and IT tech support myself I do know that sometimes you will encounter errors that you or no one has ever seen before

Bought a server but got nothing When i first bought ther sesrvice / server i had some problems with the server. I then made a ticket on their website but nothing happend. after that i tryed getting a refund. I created a ticket through paypal, where i said i wanted a refund. Then as a massage back from TheMinecraftHosting: Make another ticket on their website. Close this dispute because your service will be terminated. After that i thought i just lost my money and the service i wanted. But after ca 2-3 months, their sending mails with overdue invoices. Ive tryed creating tickets on their website but no awnser from them. Pluss its saying i have to pay for "Late Fee" (reply to the comment: Ive sent in a ticket over 3 daysago, and still no answer)

They say you can get a refund in the… They say you can get a refund in the first 24 hours of purchase, but they ignore you're support ticket and recieve no refund. Then there is no option to cancel on the wesite, good thing you can just turn off the payments from paypal, ok servers absolutely terrible customer support.

Used legal loophole to deny refund, charge back still being debated on paypal They canceled my server without explanation after less then a week, i had spent over $150 USD on it and when i asked for a refund they declined it because it had "been over 24 hours since i paid for the server" i suspect they waited to do this so i could not refund it since they didnt tell me it was canceled and i had to make a ticket to ask! This is a total scam!
